The Stanley Parable is a first person exploration game. You will play as Stanley, and you will not play as Stanley. You will follow a story, you will not follow a story. You will have a choice, you will have no choice. The game will end, the game will never end.

Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Every market we collect.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2.22/day in the week to Aug 4 → 5.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
The Stanley Parable

1–9 hours to five years to complete, The Stanley Parable is an absolutely delightful narrative-driven game about a completely normal office worker named Stanley, who suddenly finds himself unsupervised after his manager and co-workers all seem to have mysteriously taken the day off. Saying much more would spoil the experience, but it’s a game I’d recommend to almost anyone — even someone who has never played a video game before. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1755152854 Going into this game completely blind is absolutely the best way to experience it, if possible. It’s funny, packed with numerous endings, and has ridiculously high replay value. The narration is easily one of the game’s strongest aspects, especially because the narrator reacts to your shenanigans in such entertaining ways. While the game itself is fairly short, it’s also very easy to spend nine hours in it uncovering… things I won’t mention, ahaha. Anyway, if you haven’t played it yet, please do. The Broom Closet ending in particular has to be a fan favorite!!! https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1755153840
If you liked this review and want to read about similar games or just support me on my journey of playing my entire Steam backlog, you can join my curator group, Rune's Reviews! Have a nice day! Great writing, good humor, must play. My playtime is low because I've played it on other platform.
A truly unique game, which is as weird as it is wonderful. For a fun and memorable time I would suggest giving it a shot.
Stanley Parable oynadığım en iyi oyun. 38 yaşındayım hala daha iyi bir oyun oynamadım. Başka bir şey yazmama gerek yok. Kimseyi ikna etmeme gerek yok. Oynayın..
When the reviewer typed a review for the game, they decided to give it a negative review, since its wit and sense of irony when exploring narrative choices in video games made them feel rather existential.
The Stanley Parable is an amazing game with some of the best dry humor and narration I’ve ever experienced. The writing is clever, sarcastic, and constantly surprising. No matter how many times you play, the game finds new ways to mess with you, break expectations, and make you laugh. The concept is simple but executed perfectly. Every choice (or refusal to make one) leads to something different, and the narrator is easily the star of the game. The experience feels fresh every time, even when replaying it just to see what happens if you do the exact opposite of what you’re told. That said, the achievements are where things get annoying. Most of them are fun and creative, but there are two that are borderline evil. The speedrun achievement requires near-perfect movement and routing, and the “don’t play the game on a Tuesday” achievement is just cruel. Not impossible, but incredibly annoying, especially when you’re still missing them and have to wait real-life time to get one. It’s frustrating as a completionist, but at the same time it weirdly fits the game’s sense of humor. The achievements feel like the developers trolling the player one last time. Overall, The Stanley Parable is a must-play experience. It’s funny, smart, and unforgettable. Just don’t expect the achievements to respect your time, because they absolutely won’t.

the most fun walking simulator game - the narration is brilliant - defo worth a play.
I really don't know what compelled me to 100% this game. I did all the achievements legitimately besides "Go Outside" (I am NOT waiting 5 years) Yes, that means I played this for an entire Tuesday
Йоооо, вы видел конец в кладовой? Этот конец, вообще такой конец!
