The Queen's Quest

I don't usually write reviews for games, but I will for this one. Because people need to be warned about this game. Bought it because it was recommended by Hella Yuri, but I doubt they ever really attempted to actually play this thing. First, multiple tags for the game are wildly misleading, or rather, plain wrong: "Story Rich"? There is no storyline development. "Dating Sim" is equally wrong, as the game is 100% linear. "NSFW" and "Nudity" are both wrong, as there is no nudity. Somebody on the web mentioned there being a patch for that on itch.io; Don't care much for it, but looked for it nonetheless: It does not exist. "Open World" and "Exploration" are laughable, as there are only a very few very small maps to explore, and there is nothing to find there anyway. "Diplomacy" is plain wrong, there is none. What few dialogs exist are all linear with no choices to make. The game's description also contains wrong information! For instance, it says "3 Romanceable Waifus", but that's a plain lie! Let me just just to tell you how this works, this is a spoiler, but that barely matters in this case: 1. You, an ex-soldier are now a farmer and your GF has dumped you because you hate your life. You supposedly deeply long for your days of adventure. Alright. 2. Friend visits and picks you up to join her for an epic quest that pays 1000 crowns of which you get half (there are no stores in the game, so money makes zero sense, great) 3. The following grand quest is given to you by the queen: "Find my lost cat, she's gotta be east of here". Also, your ex-GF is now her chamberlain and has been mutated to have demon wings... Right, whatevs... 4. To get there you need a token for the elves, or they won't let you past. 5. Local mayor gives you token for the following grand quest: "Find me some old wine from the ruin 100 metres up north". Takes 2 minutes. 6. You find some code in the local cathedral, looks like it's for one of those fast-traveling milk-cans you find around. The code doesn't work. Fast travel simply was never implemented. Also: It's the only code, and even that one is broken... 6. You travel east to some fishing town 7. Every travel map btw. is an otherwise completely empty, annoying labyrinth aside from the non-working teleportation cans 8. While traveling you start to contemplate why you have an inventory when you never find items? 9. Also: Why do you have two spells, when you seemingly can't cast any at all? 10. Reason: There are zero enemies. At all. Zero fights. Zero items to equip. Skill levels are fixed (and pointless anyway), so course no level-ups. Makes sense, you don't need skills or items if there are zero challenges! 11. You meet a barkeep. She tells you she knows where kitty is. To tell you, you have to fetch her some turnips'n stuff from her field 50 metres up north. Takes 1 minute. 12. She just gives you kittycat afterwards (there isn't even artwork for the feline that is the MAIN quest "item" of the game!) 13. Some bystander mentions how it's such a beautiful town (Noteworthy, as she was one of the very few NPCs who even exist in this game). 14. You bring the cat back to the queen. Your companion suddenly just leaves you for some other adventures 15. Your Ex-GF invites you to the local tavern for drinks. You're supposed to be allowed to choose whether to accept, but hey, I mentioned it's 100% linear, right? So you just accept. 16. Ex-GF confesses she still loves you and wants to get back together. Also, she tells you to forget about farming and adventures too (Wasn't I longing for them just minutes ago?!) , which you readily accept for whatever reason. 17. The game fades to black while you and your girl rent a room to make sweet luv. 18. There's no CG for that 19. The End 20. Playtime: 50 minutes, most of which was navigating stupid and empty labyrinths It's really absolutely horrible.

I wish I could refund the 23 minutes of my life spent on phasing through walls since this game misleads you as to what it is. Linear and super BORING puzzles that you cant pass objectives thanks to GOING THROUGH WALLS.

[b]이 게임은 제작사로부터 큐레이터 커넥트 받은 게임입니다.[/b] [h1]보1지 안보여줌. 꼭1지 보여줌(외부누드패치 - 보1지 안나옴)중세 판타지 세계에서 여자들이 여왕의 의뢰를 수행하러 다니는 게임[/h1] [b]19금용 패치는 제작사 홈페이지 가면 받을 수 있습니다.[/b] 주인공은 평범하지만 운이 매우 좋은 여성캐릭터로 집밖에 나가자마자 친구(동료)를 만나 의뢰가 들어왔다는 소식을 받고 의뢰주인 여왕에게 한걸음에 달려가 직접 미션을 받음. 이후 여러곳을 다니면서 친구랑 만나고, 다른 직업의 다양한 사람들(대부분 여자, 남자도 있긴하지만 비중이 얼마 안됨)과 교류하면서 점점 성장해가는 스토리. 기본적으로 만남 위주의 야게임이기 때문에 난이도는 그리 안 높다. 안 어려움. 그나마 지도찾기가 조금 애매해서 그렇지 등장하는 퀘스트나 여러 이벤트들은 대사만 제대로 보고 맵만 잘 돌아다니면 거의 누구나 풀 수 있도록 설계되어 있고, 게임 자체적으로도 쉬운난이도를 지향하고 있기 때문에 어렵다는 생각은 안들었음. 게임에 등장하는 CG들은 알만툴에서 지원하는 CG도 있고 직접 Ai로 뽑은 그림과 CG작가가 그린 CG로 나뉨. 각각 그림체가 다르기때문에 약간 이질적인 것도 있지만 플레이하는데 지장은 없었음. 다만 H씬이 각 캐릭터별로 1장 있고 CG 시점상 여성의 보1지는 보이지 않는다는것은 고민해 볼 것. 상반신만 나오거나 보1지가 보여질 각도긴 한데 보1지가 있을 부분에 아무것도 없거나, 혹은 상반신만 나오는 CG거나 하는 방식으로 보1지는 나오지 않았다. 전체적인 그림체는 대채로 무난하게 잘 그렸음. 끝으로 플레이 할 때 영어는 할 줄 아는 사람이 하기를 권장함. 영어 몰라서 그냥 막 넘기면 도중에 막히기 때문임. An absolute ripoff. Do not purchase. Barely 20 minutes of gametime where most is spent walking around mazes. No decisions, barely twenty lines of dialogue.

Nice game but very short.

I decided to take a chance despite the negative reviews, and got burned. Mazes (seriously), broken maps, dubious artwork, all for one idiotic fetch quest. Caveat emptor.

i spent money on this game i dont even get to hold hands with Drusilla. WTF IS THIS. I was so excited to maybe grab her breasts or something but no, all i got was a broken heart. DONT RECOMMEND.

Я надеялся, что эта игра хотя бы не скучная будет, но на деле вижу что то сделанное на тяп ляп. I hoped that this game would at least not be boring, but in reality I see something done in a slapdash manner.
