Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 30.86/day in the week to Sep 1 → 44.43/day in the week after.

Very fun and addictive!
It's peaceful, and I like the openness about the game. I did have an issue with getting lost but I think if you are observant and build strategically, even that can be minimized until you get the compass/map.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 22 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,513 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I really wanted to like Planet Crafter, but I feel like it dropped the ball in so many places. Going into it, I was hoping for some mid-complexity terraforming and ecology management (like a survival game version of Terra Nil), but it was mechanically similar to an idle game instead. I will qualify the rest of the review with the fact that 90-95% of my playtime was in multiplayer with me as the host, so that may have added to the stability issues. My friend and I had fun with the early game exploration and tech progression, but about the time we reached the ecology tech, the experience began to fall apart. The world stops meaningfully changing around this point and you have access to the overwhelming majority of the map. The systems don't have any method of promoting effective biodiversity in the plants and animals, but instead pushes you to focus on just getting the largest numbers. The biggest gameplay failure we experienced was easily the drone/automation system: drones ignoring priority ratings, grabbing things from storage only containers, and being idle when multiple production sources were completely full and the storages were empty. Beyond this, there were also lots of issues with the snap buildings not connecting/aligning properly and invisible or clipping terrain. We ended up doing 2 planets together, and I did one more on my own, but the same underlying issues were a constant regardless. While there was fun to be had, I was just really underwhelmed by my experiences. My first planet was finished in ~35-39 hours, and the 2nd and 3rd taking an additional 3-5 hours each. I 100% ~1 hour after finishing my first planet.
A wonderfully zen game where your only enemies are your environment. As you bend the environment to suit your needs, it becomes increasingly beautiful and filled with life. There's a good balance between exploration, hand crafting, and automation. Unlike some other games in the genre, this rarely feels like a grind. DLC content is fun, too, though early game on each new planet feels very similar. My only complaint is the clunkiness of automated interplanetary logistics, especially when learning how to properly configure things (since the documentation on this isn't very clear).
Beautiful game! Love it! Not too complicated, the progression is so cool seeing the land change. Already bought the dlc. Takes a very comfortable amount of time between upgrades and changes making exploring allot of fun and doesn't make you feel like you have to keep building non stop. I must imagine playing this with 2 players must be even more fun. 100% recommended many many hours of fun ☺️

yes
excelent play, sort of a subnautica meets no man's sky. the lack of 'enemies' is not as big of a flaw as it might seem at first glance. you are REALLY able to die from inattention as much as from being bashed from behind by an ogre. keep drinking and consuming oxygen (and occationally eat something) and you'll do fine.
