I kinda thought that this would be a quick and not very detailed game, and I was SUPER wrong. There's so much more to this game than I thought and I absolutley love it! i'm getting so much playtime and enjoyment out of this and I'm only at moss. It feels so rewarding to see the planet become habitable and all the changes to the world that comes with it. Theres definitely a lot of dry subnautica vibes and inspo which I appreciate! I love this game tremendously much and I think it'll remain a permanent favourite of mine! I'm so happy to see that there's dlc as well, and the multiplayer is really fun too!
I constantly find myself playing this game for hours at a time and just relaxing. You'll find your routine with it and just settle it. All of the DLC's and the main game are super chill and addictive.
J'adore j'adore j'adore ! Jeux qui détend, qui est jolie, et est hyper interessant.
its dope
9/10
TL;DR Planet Crafter is a relaxed, at times slow, exploration game of a world that grows increasingly picturesque. It doesn't hold your hand, and you will have to search online if you want to know what you need to do to unlock for instance 'animal food', although you have already unlocked the animal feeder. There is no combat and for the majority of the game no life beside yourself, but if you're prepared for that, it's a solid 7/10. It took 67 hours to complete all the achievements on first run (reusing save file for endings). I really enjoyed the last 10-20% of the game. Once you have drones, you can almost exclusively focus on exploration, enjoying the scenery, and hunt for treasure in wrecks. Teleportation also helps with the long travel times. Unfortunately, excessive exploration early on will drag out each stage of the game. It loses a point for the inconveniences, for instance that you can't put pins in your map (also need a satellite sent up to have a map) and that you can't see the production costs of anything you produce without standing at the station. Till you have drones, the game is basically and exclusively a fetch game, that costs another point in my book, cause the early game stages were tedious in my opinion. Lastly, there is only one "large" and one small map, and you will always go through the same development of the map, that costs another point for drastically reducing the replayability of the game. As I said, I really enjoyed the last part, when you start populating the world with mammals, and despite the issues above, I may well return to this game one day,
Absolute blast of a game. Tons and tons of stuff to explore and do, and I found that the grind never felt too difficult. No enemies so there's nothing to worry about there - only yourself. There's a decent amount of lore as well. Definitely worth the money if you like survival sandbox games.
