Wow, can I just say...I LOVED IT more than I thought I would? The whole idea, the way time flows in this game (If you play otome's think "Even if Tempest" or "Bustafellows"), the NSFW scenes are nice and long for once (and yes, there is an un-censored patch for the game). Best part, in my opinion...was that there WAS in fact, some romance and it's not ALL bad ends either (most are bittersweet tho --until you get to the TRUE ends) --but you will have to wade through all bad ends/bittersweet/and good ends first, in a specific play order. The play order I did, was followed by a guide provided in the discussions section of the steam page for the game. The guide is provided by Hex: Homoseksueel. THANK YOU HEX, much appreciated!! Obv, be aware this game isn't kittens and lovely rainbows. It has it's dark side to it, but over all, it was really good in my opinion. FYI: The MC does come off as selfish and seems to think of people more on a surface level coming off as twisted sometimes, but I'd like to think he mostly grows out of that over each ending/play-through by the time you reach the FINAL TRUE end (or maybe it's just all me, lol). The MC does have a girlfriend in the game (I would say he starts off as straight, but bi awakens later on due to some put off comments people may dislike such as: "I can't believe I can/have to do this with a guy" etc...) so just be aware there are some underlying homophobic tones, and some stereotypical sexism I disliked within the game and that some people might want to know about before purchase. But I will say, it's not really a focus within the game, the main focus is the MC becoming unwell, being taken to a location for patients like him, and saving those patients and himself. ALSO the SKIP button is your FRIEND. I used that for every new ending whenever I could in-between already seen texts. In all, I definitely enjoyed this game and it's story. For me, it was unique to jp yaoi games (I haven't really played a yaoi game that borders on hentai like NSFW scenes lol, and one that plays around with time). So I 100% recommend it. The art and slight animations are beautiful (my fav being the cherry blossom scenes), and the story kept me on edge wanting to know more with each ending I obtained. Also, here's some facts just in case: -MC is a top 100% through the entire game -There are 3 ROs named: Haruki Mishima, Manabu Minagawa, and Mitsuo Yasuda -There is also a couple side endings with Dr. Shibusawa that contain NSFW CGs and 1 NSFW CG set with the female nurse Madoka. -The game on steam is censored. So, if you want to uncensor it --you need to make an account with mangagamer.com and then find the game, then download and install the free uncensor patch available on their website. -The game has VA all the way through, but you have the option to play without it, if you don't like it by turning down the VA -NSFW scenes are more hentai-ish and longer -There is a specific play order, I suggest looking at the guide available on steam posted for this game. -This game has dark topics and some problamatic undertones that may trigger some individuals, so just know that going in.

[h3] THOUGHTS [/h3] An awesome BL game! The only thing is they did is that they mosiac the [spoiler] private part [/spoiler], other than that, all CGs and stories are fully shown in the game. [h3] PLOT [/h3] The player will play as Sasaki, and he has the candle disease, just as the desc mentioned, other patients also has that disease and the only way to cure that is thru his [spoiler] semen [/spoiler]. Before knowing that he has the candle disease, he was drinking with his friends and girlfriend, celebrating something, until he fainted. His friend called him an ambulance and sent him to a hospital, and the doctor informed him that it was alcohol poisoining and he should be released in a few days. However, days after days the doctor is running tests on him, even told him to [spoiler] release his semen [/spoiler] to run tests. After that, the doctors and nurses are suddenly very afraid of him and he was transferred to another hospital. Upon arrival, he was greeted by a surgeon who cosplays as a nurse, Matsuda and she lead him to meet the doctor, Shibusawa Shuji. Shibusawa is the one who told him that Sasaki has the candle disease and that his [spoiler] semen [/spoiler] is the only way to cure the candle disease for other patients, however, his [spoiler] semen [/spoiler] would not cure his candle disease. Therefore to let Sasaki to follow and willingly give his [spoiler] semen [/spoiler] to Shibusawa for research or to give to other patients, Sasaki was given a "special previlege", where everyone has to abide to. And the experiments starts... [h3] FAVOURITE ENDING [/h3] Ngl, I love the human tank ending the most, those who played this will think that something is wrong with my f.mind, but it was a hot ending. [h3] CONS [/h3] The bad thing is that their [spoiler]moans[/spoiler] are more like screaming and suffering, instead of those who are really enjoying it, and it sounds really awkward. The only one who is acceptable is only Sasaki's. And it is only a maybe.. Another thing is that the other patient is a 40year old man, so, its kinda weird.... iykyk.., but maybe i am complaining it mainly becuz that they never drew the old man hot enough. But it is still weird regardless, but I understand that this is just a game, and since you are making him as one of them, at least make him hot :( [h3] DO I REGRET BUYING THIS? [/h3] 100% No, I think that it is worth the price, maybe some people might have things to complain about, but it is a good game. Recommend `10/10 ! [h3] MOST FAVOURITE CHARACTER [/h3] After completed all endings and received all achievements, my most favourite character is Dr.Shibusawa, like [spoiler] he is the one who realized that he is in a time-loop first, and he has been researching a new drug to cure Sasaki all this while, and he's been fighthing alone.. Tbh, I hope that Dr. Shibusawa will also have an Epilogue where Sasaki and him be together, cuz I think they are more perfect for each other. One is the researcher and one is the contributer, and both of them know that they were in a time loop. [/spoiler] After the last and final ending, I cried and cried more after the song comes out.. Finally all of them are saved but tbh [spoiler] instead of Sasaki not having the candle disease but his friend, I would hope that it would remain the same, cuz I want to see that Dr. Shibusawa actually managed to find a cure for him in the end.. I'm astonished this novel has zero negative reviews O_O I guess I'm gonna be the first one because I found this game practically unplayable and utterly frustrating T_T It wasn't totally bad for sure, I am especially grateful for an impressive number of 18+ content BUT to enjoy that I had to figure out where to get and how to install their adult patch :( That was annoying. I wonder what is even to enjoy there without it. I try to read all possible visual novels but after several devastating attempts I started to ignore novels with 'dating sim' tag, it's just too boring and feels like a total waste of time to click through all those repetitive days and the award – some unlocked new scene is not always worth it :( BUT here for the first time ever I played 'medical sim', I usually quickly scan the genre tags, so it looks like I just missed this new term not noticing 'sim' part and it's just terrible T_T It's so much worse than usual dull routine :(( I was hospitalized a couple of times in my life, so dragging through those uneventful hospital days where nothing happens and you just have some blood test or other medical check-up, that's just the dreariest thing that possibly could be invented. That's where another round of irritating stuff began because it just didn't help :( The steam guide was a tad confusing saying if you don't save after the second ending those looping circles won't have some necessary lines but after my endless attempts I still didn't have that ending. There's another guide how to delete all saves. So I presumed I had to follow some specific order of endings and deleted all saves(－‸ლ) Why is that guide even there is beyond me as it turned out it was useless and I just had to read through the same boring unskippable ♥♥♥♥ again (｀□′)╯┴┴ (｀□′)╯┴┴ (｀□′)╯┴┴ Even after all that suffering the guide still didn't help, those looping routes are such a mess T_T The idea is cool but the realization :((( So, I checked the steam discussions, found the link for some other guide, followed it and...it also didn't work occasionally :( So I had to use them both and if one failed I just used the other (－‸ლ) Only at the end of all my looooong suffering I found the official devs' guide O_O BUT it is (like all other existing guides) only for the endings and I still miss one scene/CG :( It's so frustrating that after all those efforts the game is still unfinished :( One curator I followed mentioned one female option but that nurse always refused me O_O so perhaps there IS that type of content somewhere but I'm still missing it :( Or perhaps his initial girlfriend was meant, ig I'll never know at this point. This novel is just like a big collection of explicit empty emotionless yaoi content, nothing else :( For all that trouble that was not enough :( Though I admit I was a bit heartbroken at a couple of death endings but than that annoying looping started again erasing any lingering emotions :(( Perhaps I was doing smth wrong and that's not the game's fault per se. I learnt my lesson – I'll read through the genre tags more carefully from now on and will keep my distance from any kind of sims even if it's a rare appealing yaoi novel. Oh, I forgot to mention, it's voiced, and Japanese seiyuu are awesome, ig that's one of the features that encouraged me to proceed till the end...or well as close to the end as I could. I had a feeling I'd like this game. While it may come across as shallow at first but don't let that deter you! this game isn't just about banging to your hearts content. (that's just a bonus) There are several endings for each patient and some other bonus endings I wont spoil. Be warned some of the routes contain more coercive and hostile themes as each character has a unique personalty reacts differently to the fact that their only hope is some random guy's uhh.....juice. The art is done in the typical "anime" style. the CG's are beautiful and have plenty of variety. Plus, if you're a degenerate like me you can grab the uncensored patch from mangagamer. its quite easy to apply it. The game is fully voiced in Japanese. I think the actors did a great job. I really like the opening song as well. I recommend following the guide by Hex: Homoseksueel after the first few runs as it gets quite tedious trying to figure what decisions need to be made and when to make them. Following the guide also gives the game a nice flow. Getting to know the other patients, the staff and collecting all the cg's before discovering the deeper plot involved made it thoroughly enjoyable.
