Story

The protagonists, a group of university students, apply for a suspicious part-time job and visit an abandoned hospital.

Their task is to recover boxes containing organs left inside the hospital and carry them to the car parked in front of the entrance.

However, inside the silent abandoned hospital, something is watching them――.

Number of Players

You can play with 1 to 4 players.

When exploring alone, you can experience the loneliness and tension of being left behind in an abandoned hospital.

When playing with multiple players, you can enjoy cooperative gameplay while calling out to your friends and sharing the fear together.

Gameplay Flow

Players begin their search from the car parked in front of the hospital entrance.

Explore the abandoned hospital, find the specified boxes containing organs, and recover them.

Since you cannot run while carrying a box, other players must distract the enemy or keep watch of the surroundings as you work together to carry the boxes back to the car.

The objective is to recover all boxes and escape safely.

Difficulty

You can choose from 4 difficulty levels: Easy, Normal, Hard, and Nightmare.

If you're not used to horror games, we recommend Easy. If you want a standard level of tension, choose Normal. For a more brutal exploration experience, Hard is recommended. And for those who still aren't satisfied after clearing Hard, Nightmare awaits — offering the ultimate in terror.
