[b]TL;DR - barely passable game at best with many problems, varying from major to minor.[/b]
Problems:

Poorly optimised causing it to lag spike every 5 seconds. Not a big game or anything, and there are bigger games I can play on the same device with no problem.

Has an R18 patch... and still censors both gender's lower genitalia... Only breasts are uncensored.
I would say 'why did they even bother with the patch', until I remembered the game literally didn't work until it was installed. It just loops some obnoxiously loud music with a black screen aside from one small emblem in the lower middle of the screen.
So, honestly, why have it as a patch, when it's needed to play the game and still censors most of the adult content?

The MC is the same, generic misogynistic prick who no one but those in jail for SA can possibly root for.
No redeeming features, and also has other flaws such as an initial bigotry for the first monster girl. The fact that half the people seem to go along with his perversion too, just, wtf. (Note, oncoming sentence is hyperbole) Why isn't the author and people who approved such a character on a watch list? Don't know if this improves later on in the game, but, with this kind of character and those surrounding him, I very much doubt it.

It takes way too long to access settings, and starts at max volume. Without the r18 patch, as stated in 1, impossible to change. With the r18 patch, you need to start a new game, skip the introduction (for reasons in point 5) and get through the first cut-scene, just to skip the lower the volume outside of volume mixer.

The introduction, right now, crashes the game. You get to see the first monster girl in it, but when the second comes on screen, it crashes the entire game.

Most games like this save what option you picked in a fight last time, and starts there... Guess what, this game doesn't. Yes, it's defaulted to 'fight', which, to where I got, is the only attacking option. But, if you're trying to keep healing, or using items, you have to keep going there, which gets grating.

Translation is scuffed, to where half the battle text isn't translated.
[b]In conclusion[/b]
Overall, even with patches, point 3 is an automatic turn off for me. If you can deal with that, there is a chance the rest gets fixed in a patch, but isn't worth buying until then. As a connoisseur, doesn't really do anything new in the adult rpg maker-esque market.
From my perspective, there aren't any positives, the graphics are similar to other low-effort rpg maker games, has random holes in the scenery sometimes and the majority of every map is wasted space that does nothing but waste seconds of your life travelling through it. The story progression is confusing and, just dull. With an attempt for a 'mystery' between monster girls, which is just 'talk to the right, random person we're not even going to bother pointing out'. The music is forgettable, and the writing, aside from the characterisations, does nothing new as well.
