About
The Midnight Walkers is a hardcore PvPvE FPS zombie extraction game.
You can play in solo or trios mode.
You must scavenge for loot to get gear, kill zombies and other survivors, and escape.
If you successfully escape,
you can craft with materials and buy/sell more powerful equipment,
but if you die, you will lose everything you had.

Liberty Grand Center, a giant mega-complex in Golden County,
has floors with different themes and unique loot, including a hospital, a shopping mall, and a casino.
The threats here are not just zombies or other survivors.
As time passes, the poison gas system spreads to random floors,
and you must use elevators or stairs to avoid it.
But remember:
every time you move to another floor, your chances of encountering other survivors will increase.

BRICK, a steadfast warrior armed with a large hammer and heavy armor.
CROW, an assassin with nimble movements who uses daggers to strike opponents off guard.
LOCKDOWN, a sniper who can attack from a distance using a bow.
BARTENDER, a supporter who can mix cocktails to heal and buff allies.
Choose the one that fits your playstyle.
The zombies here are all deadly.
Even the weakest zombie, the Walker, can be a great threat if you are surrounded,
and there are also zombies more lethally mutated than the Runner, which fiercely pursues survivors.
In any case, the biggest threat is other survivors.
Triumph over other survivors, alone or with your teammates, and seize more loot.
The best show in Golden County, and the only show!
We look forward to your performance in The Midnight Walkers.

Do not buy end of service soon just trying to milk a few more sales btw steam does not refund for end of service games
I have really enjoyed the game. It's a great concept, the classes are good, the combat is solid, I like the loot system and crafting, and the way the stats work together. I enjoy the environments, there has been a lot of love put into those. However, the lack of attention and maintenance is eroding the entire experience. Items are losing their labels when you hover them. The lag is getting worse, during a run or in your stash, and I've lost some excellent gear due to servers deciding to give up randomly during non-peak hours. That is super frustrating; it's one thing if I get killed, that's on me. It's another when flimsy servers take away dozens of hours of crafting progress, farming, and the actual gear with a single disconnect. Also, they don't respond to their help system, which is inexcusable. When/if they figure their crap out, I'll return. Not until then.
1st off, i'd like to address the handful of negative reviews that have less than the refund amount of time played before leaving a negative review, you shouldn't even be able to leave a review. You didn't even give enough time to properly understand the game mechanics. My bet is that you jumped in, got molly whopped by a zed and got your feeling hurt bc you couldn't just button mash your way through the game. Your lack of patience and skill to learn how to play should not warrant giving the game a bad review. Just refund and move tf on instead of being a crybully... 2nd: to the PVE winers, why even play a PVPVE game if you don't like PVP?? make it make sense... then you want to leave a bad review bc the game doesn't have the game mode you want to play.. but you know what, they actually have PVE now for ya. Don't expect to get the best gear though bc that's not what the game is about. You'll get decent gear to jump into the PVP ring, or not, but at least there's that now. So yall should jump back in and give it another shot. You might find that you like the game now, and if so, you should change your negative review to help the game strive. 3rd: Is for those that complain about not having sprint... you sprint by default, or press/hold lft shift to walk. What most beginner players don't know, you move faster if you're not holding anything in your hands, and with the right gear set with movement speed buffs you can move even faster. But yall didn't even take the time to learn the mechanics before complaining in a review. 4th: Understand that the game is in EA and still being developed. It might not be perfect atm but is getting better with each update. If there is something that you think would help the game get better, join the community and leave a suggestion. Don't go leaving a negative review bc it doesn't have what you want RIGHT NOW.... As for my review, I enjoy the game immensely, even with the low player count. I enjoy bashing zeds and hunting for loot regardless of the low player count. Would it be better with more players, ofc, but the lack of players doesn't make the overall game unplayable. I will say, the game is not easy to just pick up and blast your way through. It's not a button mashing melee game. It has a learning curve. The zeds start off feeling difficult, but once you learn the fighting mechanics, and the zeds attack patterns, they're really not all that difficult. It just takes time to learn the ins and outs. You'll need some patience. I've witnessed numerus streamers play the game for the first time, get pawned, and then not want to play anymore. Rather sad. The need for instant gratification is slowly killing the gaming industry imo.... There are 3 modes to choose from, Extraction (PVE), Survival (PVPVE), and Hardcore (PVPVE).. each has solo, or squad ques. There are daily quest to earn loot/xp, There are vendors to buy/sell items too that have their own missions to achieve that will allow you to level them up for better deals. There's a marketplace to buy/sell items as well. They recently added a "boss zed" that you have to find a specific keycard to access that usually drops with the minibosses you'll find on certain floors of the building. TL:DR The game if fun imo. It's worth trying out. If you find you don't like it, just get the refund. Just don't go leaving a negative review bc you got your azz kicked just starting out and ruining it for those that might possible enjoy it. Play moar, cry less!!

the American server (I haven't played any other server) can handle anything it wont stop lagging and I just can't stand it anymore i wanna play it but I can't
This is a genuine fun game with good mechanics for PvE and PvP. Its similar to a game called "Dark and Darker" but better in some ways. The gameplay is faster paced than Dark and Darker with a wide Variety of Zombies to deal with. The Sub-Bosses Smasher and Charger are very tough enemies to fight against with the Main Boss "Big Guy" being a VERY ENGAGING boss fight, it feels super good to fight against him and in hardcore mode, you get AMAZING REWARDS. With the Work Bench System and having to locating and register Blue Print you find on your runs, It creates a good sense of progression and grinding to get the best gear you can get. Item spawns in specific floors for crafting and questing and it good you a good chance to explore the nightmare-ish map that is called the "Liberty Grand Center". There is lore to this game thats actually pretty interesting if you guys care for story :^) PvP Battles are very strategic with alot of choices for Perks and Skills for each different class. Cons as of right now: - Devs need to work on communication more. - Lack of Players on US Servers really only leaves PvE. Which is fun PvE but after a while, there is just so much PvE you can do.
