The Merry Fairy

I played the demo and have been waiting for the full release. FINALLY it's here!! <3 I wouldn't consider this a game as much as a relaxing journal/scrapbook experience. I love it. As I have been trying to get back into writing daily this encourages not only that but my creative side too. The amount of decorations and customization is amazing. I feel like I can make endless unique pages. I love being able to write my own journal entries or if I need a break just take a quote that really sits with me and decorate it. There is beautiful music, adorable little characters that you *can* have a quick chat with when they show up. But if you want to just immerse yourself into writing, you are fully able too. The art, where do I begin?! I love it, it feels wholesome and beautiful. I love changing the weather to change my mood for writing. The scrapbook art feels like your actually making one, it doesn't feel anything like a copy paste or clip art game. It is full of love and inspiration and you can feel it with every thing you do.

This is a lovely game. Considering that it’s still fairly new, I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of decorations already available. There is no pressure to complete goals or quests, instead, there’s the freedom to simply create pretty pages. With a bit of creativity, it can also be used as a productivity tool. The game doesn’t include tools like a Pomodoro timer or checklists, but in my opinion that’s part of its charm. It offers a very gentle experience, with break reminders, cute quotes, candles, and fitting background music. I like to run it in the background while doing small tasks, or use it on days when I want to be creative but don’t have the energy to pick up my hobbies. My only nitpick is that the writing tool feels a bit clunky, though it might just take some time to get used to. I’m looking forward to seeing what might be added in the future.

A charming little gem! The Merry Fairy is such a cozy and heartwarming experience. Highly recommend for anyone who loves wholesome games! Also, the chance that this game is made by my soul sister is something extraordinary, and it makes me incredibly proud of what she has achieved. Through everything she does, she truly manages to bring magic into my mundane life—and I am forever grateful.

This is so chill and arty and the music is nice too. Nothing to do, just add the add and quotes or add your own text to the journal pages to reflect your current mood.

The Merry Fairy is a lovely way to journal and scrapbook. There are no goals or objectives, because this isn't a game. It's a relaxing environment to help you slow down, relax, clear your head and enjoy some tranquility. You can write your thoughts in a journal, and collect stickers and positive quotes to scrapbook. It has beautiful artwork and lovely sounds, and it feels peaceful and magical. If you enjoy journalling or scrapbooking, this could be for you. It's lovely ♥

So this really isnt my type of game. That being said I REALLY wanted to support the dev as shes a friend of my good friend. If you enjoy scrapbooking games and chill games like this, this is a must buy. Its also easy to get all achievements! 11/10

I love this little game. It is exactly what someone like myself needs. No pressure, no daunting tasks or quests. Just a fun simple game that lets you channel a little bit of your own creativity. I like that there are a lot of things to choose from, like little quotes, stickers, etc. to get your wheels turning if you so wish. It's just an amazing concept and it is absolutely worth checking out if you wanted a slightly more personalized and interactive ambience/idle. I like it so much more than putting on a youtube ambience video because it feels more personal to me. I dont know how this game isn't more popular!

I like it very calming and cute. I just wish you could Journal traditionally and that the words wouldn't extend off the scrapbook pages when you're typing. If I'm journaling in the Scrapbook I wish it would format it like a diary entry not text overlaid on an image

Im loving this. Im hoping there will be some more magical and ehem gothic things like bats <3
