The Magic Circle

This game is criminally underrated. The premise, which could have as well been a gimmick, is executed with unexpected depth, and when you think you're done it throws a masterfully done double twist that pulverizes the 4th wall in the process. Worth a shot for sure!

great game, very high originality, relatively short. highly recommend.

Had a friend recommend I play this, The Magic Circle, and I was not disappointed. Was fun to explore, solve puzzles, and mix and match the creatures. The story and voice acting was phenomenal, and left me eager to learn as much as I could about the world and its characters, as well as the game within the game. I didn't get everything in my first run, but I enjoyed it enough that I do want to 100 percent it. To sum it up, the game has soul, and gave that feeling you get when a long story reaches a finally that makes you go over it all again in your mind, savoring the experience, and eager to talk about it with others.

lovely voice actors sell the entire story, and a pretty fun puzzle game is here too.

A very meta game about games. I had a pretty good time.
