The Letter is an interactive, horror/drama visual novel inspired by classic Asian horror films, Ju-ON: The Grudge and The Ring. Told through an immersive branching narrative, the game puts the players into the shoes of seven characters as they find themselves falling prey to a vicious curse plaguing the Ermengarde Mansion for centuries.
In this game, your choices will shape and drive the story forward: will you mend a relationship on the verge of collapse, or will you let it fall apart? Will you risk saving them, despite the consequences, or leave them to die a gruesome death? The fate of all the characters is in your hands.

文本质量很平庸,唯一值得称道的是包含大量日常琐碎对话,可以用来练习英语听力
Visual novels aren't my typical jam, but I was caught up in the story of this one. It's a great story, and the sheer number of choices that change outcomes is awesome!
So, first things first: I don't like visual novels as there isn't much to do besides reading and clicking for the next chunk of text. So I didn't enjoy "playing" this, but I have to admit, that the story, the characters and their relationships are well written. I can follow the story even though I am smashing that left mouse button to skip all the text, which adds to the impression, that the story telling is quite good, but might as well be too dragged. I would have loved for more variety in the background pictures and visualisation, as it is quite boring to see the same lifeless pictures all the time. But at least the horror parts are kind of animated and illustrated. Most of the voice lines are actually spoken and the voice acting is surprisingly good, the inner thoughts aren't spoken though. Oh and when they are speaking, it actually is animated! I think, it would be better, if I wouldn't have to click for the next lines and could just enjoy it as if I was watching a movie or listening to an audio book as quuick time events and dialogue choices are so limited. I am 2,6 hours into the game while I am constantly skipping most of the lines and I am only half way through all the characters, which means, this visual novel is extremely long! So I guess it should be worth recommending, if you are a visual novel lover.
good story games. Can be a bit long with your first playthrough
Isabella had to be protected at all cost. Gladly in my game play Rebecca, Zach, Ash, Marianne survived along with Isabella. Only if Rose and Hannah could be saved. Further stellar voice acting and quality dialogues, for such a long visual novel. I still couldn't fathom how this has been achieved. However, storyline is filled with events which have no connection with the final events of the game. Always there is a hint of a something grand but the same never occurs. The most worrisome feature is that the game desperately tries that players should sympathise with Luke. There is a difference between loving a rough billionaire and loving a psychopath billionaire

Hikaye gereksiz uzun ve herkesin bir dramı var anasını satayım
It starts a little slow but you get really into it and then you actaully build relationships with each character i wish there was more game play tho.
