About
The Last Case of John Morley thrusts players into the shoes of detective John Morley in the gritty, noir atmosphere of the 1940s. After spending several months recovering in the hospital from injuries sustained during his last case, Morley returns to his office, only to be visited by the enigmatic Lady Margaret Fordside, an English countess haunted by a tragic past.
Lady Fordside engages Morley to investigate the unsolved murder of her daughter, which occurred on a fateful night 20 years ago. The police had closed the case by arresting scapegoats, but the countess is convinced that the real killer remains at large.
What begins as a quiet look into an old case becomes a haunting investigation into forgotten places and long-hidden truths that refuse to stay buried.

I loved this game! It had the right amount of suspense.
I'd hoped the game would be a detective noir rather than horror story ([spoiler]psychodrama actually, as it turns out[/spoiler]). But it wasn't. Rating: ★★☆☆☆

Bien que j'ai fais ce jeu entièrement, je ne le recommande pas, puisque de trop nombreuses erreurs, oublis...etc..; ont été commises. Jeu sombre malgré les réglages, définitions graphiques et gameplay. BOF, voir Nul !! Histoires, (Nous devinons la fin dès le début) ? Donc, on repassera pour l'imagination ! Payer 16$ en rabais pour ça, vraiment illogique ? Nous ne pouvons malheureusement plus ou pas, nous fier au résumé d'un jeu, puisque 65% des résumés ne sont pas la réalité du dit jeu ! On s'en va où avec Steam ? Although I’ve played through this game in its entirety, I wouldn’t recommend it, as there are far too many errors, oversights, and so on. It’s a dull game, despite the settings, graphics and gameplay. Meh, or even rubbish!! The story (you can guess the ending right from the start)? So much for imagination! Paying $16 on sale for this is really illogical, isn’t it? Unfortunately, we can no longer rely on a game’s description, as 65% of them don’t reflect the reality of the game in question! Where is Steam heading?
Good little horror game. Nice setting, atmospheric, straight forward gameplay. Nothing revolutionary or something that has not been done before, but an enjoyable experience altogether. I recommend purchasing it, on sale, since it's a bit overpriced for what it is. All in all, I enjoyed playing it, so it's thumbs up.
