Play as the Knightling, a knight-in-training whose loyalty and determination sets them off on a grand adventure to find their knight. With solely a shield in hand, you’ll utilize and upgrade your training and arsenal of abilities to overcome obstacles, help citizens and prove that you’re worthy of knighthood.
The Best Offense Is a Good Defense
Left with just Sir Lionstone’s shield, which contains a mysterious element called Callyrium, it is up to the Knightling to harness its power and become the next legendary hero. Leverage the shields natural defensive power to block, parry, and create ideal openings, then leverage big attacks and combos to finish off foes.

Set off on your adventure across multiple regions of Clesseia with the power of your shield to help you along! Traverse and platform to various areas to earn valuable praise used in upgrades, or use the shield’s various movement abilities to make getting around easier. Though probably beneath a legendary shield’s reputation, no one is stopping you from sliding all across the land!

7/10 It is a very charming game in the action RPG genre. I loved the characters and the colorful world that came with it. It is a shorter game with probably 15hr of main story and a couple of basic side quests ranging from find this to solve my simple puzzle, but I don't like side quests and weirdly appreciate something simple that I can just do then and there. Overall the combat is not too hard(I played on Hard) and this is from someone that doesn't play this genre often. Id say there is a pretty good skill level up for the game in which you build up better damage and counters to armored, agile, and normal enemies. My biggest complaints about the game are the messed up boarders, hitboxes and the janky respawns. There were a few occasions where enemies would float, be stuck, clip through and at the end a monster enemy literally mortared me from the other side of the zone???? As for the janky respawns I would die and come back surrounded by enemies that would pummel me before I could even react.
