The Invincible

Excellent story-driven game. Very immersive, beautiful scenarios and intriguing story.

Дуже позитивно вражений грою. Сподобалось буквально все: історія, атмосфера, візуальний стиль і сам всесвіт. Гра чудово занурює у свій світ і постійно тримає цікавість до того, що буде далі. Окремої уваги заслуговує музичний супровід. Він неймовірно доповнює атмосферу і в деякі моменти прям дуже сильно підсилює враження від гри. Ну і окреме величезне дякую за якісну українську локалізацію! Для такої сюжетної гри це особливо важливо і дуже приємно. Після проходження залишились виключно позитивні враження. Однозначно рекомендую!

The game is really a 5-ish hour experience. I took a lot of breaks where I went to make food because I was hungry. I think you'd be hard pressed to actually sit down and finish the whole thing in one sitting though. The game has an uncanny ability to be both interesting and boring at the same time. It's a walking sim, which is fine. It's a bit slow. The planet of Regis III looks fantastic. The voice acting, music, graphics... Well, all that's pretty top-notch. But the dialogue isn't great. Long-winded at times, often leading seemingly nowhere. There are parts of the story that can easily be missed because you don't happen to find certain things, or because you chose specific choices. I guess. Based on the trailers there's a whole heap of things I missed. How much of that was by choice? I have no idea. You're often presented with multiple options but only one of the options is viable.. So you don't really have a choice between them. So i just started choosing whatever I thought would propel the story forward at a faster pace. Part of the frustration there was due to the checkpoint system. You won't save the game, it does so at various moments. Checkpoints that aren't always the most clear that you've reached. Nothing like having to stop the game and replay the same 10-20 minutes because the game figures you have nothing else to do. But... Despite the various irritations and things I wasn't satisfied with, I really liked it. I just wish the game did a better job of the story's development and implementation. It's very cool, but doesn't do a great job of giving you as many answers as I think we deserve. The game mentions how it's inspired by the book of the same name. And yeah, it is. It's basically a mildly different version of the book. The book had a more satisfying ending and explanation of things. I think the game tried too hard to keep this mysterious vibe going on. Long story short: Game's good. Definitely a unique sci-fi adventure that might not stick in your mind at the end, but is an overall satisfying romp through the unknown.

[h1]Obra prima![/h1] Nunca pensei que jogos narrativos e lentos(e lento aqui não é uma crítica), com várias escolhas e finais, pudessem me impactar tanto. The Invincible foi uma grata surpresa. Para quem gosta de sci-fi, mistério, uma boa história e imersão no mundo atompunk, esse jogo é mais do que recomendado. The Invincible não apresenta nada novo quando se trata de sci-fi. Mas, a forma como a Starward Industries conta essa história, a atenção a cada detalhe, gráficos lindos e trilha sonora impecável, faz desse game uma obra prima. Super recomendo!
