About
On Sunday the 7th of March, 1936, a group of locals made their way up the long, muddy track to Galley House. As far as any of them knew, the house had stood empty for decades.
Inside, they discovered the bloody aftermath of something horrific.
The authorities were summoned, and the crime scene was eventually cleared away. But nobody ever figured out what happened that dreadful night. It seemed likely that no one ever would.
Now, many years later, you have access to a peculiar machine — one that lets you listen in on echoes of the past. Can you piece together the events behind The Incident at Galley House?

incroyable *w*
It's not as long and involved as The Roottrees Are Dead, but still a solid little logic 'em up. I will continue my plan of buying all of the developer's games sight unseen, it's worked out great so far!
This is a real gem of a game. It is not quite a puzzle game and not quite a visual novel. Rather a thrilling story that you get to explore in a non-linear way and piece together yourself. It is really satisfying when you figure things out.

Another absolute banger from this team. The voice acting is INCREDIBLE. I felt sufficiently and authentically challenged by the mystery, while also having an incredibly user friendly experience as I did playing Roottree. It's like Obra Dinn had clues that made sense.
also the gaslighting at the end, while extremely cool, was VERY rude.
10/10 would recommend
This game was very interesting and also a bit confusing at first, but well worth the 8-10 or so hours it takes to beat!
Some things I'd like to mention
The game is not so much a detective game as it is deduction game, What I mean to say is; if you have played "The Painscreek Killings" then don't expect this game to be like that. The main loop of the game is deducing who was where and when, not so much who killed who. The mystery is thrilling and the game got me a couple times with the atmosphere just being so thick with the terror of the unknown, the characters were also well done and had great voice actors that did a phenominal job. I recommend this game (Especially for its low price), it was super fun!
I really enjoy this genre of game, in the same family as Return of the Obra Dinn and To Utter a Name, Ratline, etc. This game was a great addition to the genre, building on mechanics in previous games and adding a very satisfying twist. I appreciate a story that is told effectively in exactly the right medium for it, and I think this game qualifies.
This is an amazing deduction game with a fun mechanic and an intrigung story. It's very nice that it's fully voice acted. I like that the game doesn't fully explain the mystery by the end, leaving sme supernatural intrigue on the table.
Wer Immortality oder Return of the Obra Dinn mochte, dürfte hier ziemlich genau wissen, welche Art von Spiel ihn erwartet.
