Type Help has long been an amazing hybrid of puzzling and storytelling. This remaster is made with so much love and craftsmanship, adding in voice acting and a much more effective interface. If you never played Type Help, I recommend you ignore its existence and dive into this game, and prepare for an unforgettable story that really sticks the landing. If you have played Type Help, I have to admit that the new content won't extend your playtime by very much, and the story that you remember is virtually unchanged. But, even so, I don't regret supporting the original devs for writing an amazing story and releasing it for free.

This is a great mystery that builds as you go. It's kind of addicting. I want more from these developers. So far everything has been fascinating.

another mystery game from this dev that I spend way too long playing. although part of that is because I decided to fully complete the timeline and each scene is like a 3-5 minute long cutscene if there are at least 2 characters present (there are rarer 1 character scenes that are like 30 seconds long). on one hand, these were cool, on the other, the game might be half the length if you just read and click through them or skip to the transcript. this one's obra dinn styled, you gotta find out who everyone is and where they were at each time. like the last game, there's a new thing later, although this one is much shorter than the roottrees being like, here's double the game length.
