The Incident at Galley House

This game is awesome! If you're a mystery fan you're going to love this. I had never played Type Help and I was floored with how amazing this game is. I think even if you've played Type Help apparently there's stuff in this version that's brand new. Please play this!

Mystery games are only worth one playthrough; after that, you have no mystery. So the unfortunate decision you have to make as a fan of them, prior to purchasing one, is to look at it on the surface and ask yourself: "Is this worth the price of admission?" You can't spoil anything for yourself - you just have to take a leap of faith and hope your money was well spent. As someone who took that leap of faith, let me tell anyone who's unsure of doing the same: This game is better than good. Buy it, play it, don't second-guess anything. Just remember to type help.

i never played the original game .. but i thoroughly enjoyed Incident at Galley House! Different from Rootresses are Dead, but the art and the story had me hooked. gameplay is easy to understand and it always felt good when you figured out scenes!

Fun, challenging, and addictive gameplay.

IMO a high of a price for a 10-15 hour experience, but it was fantastic and would highly recommend to fans of the genre.

Overall, a fantastic game and a unique experience for me. It scratched that puzzle itch while also providing an engaging plot that kept me hooked. It's short, but well worth the price in my opinion. I can only imagine how much time it took the devs to make all the characters and scenes connect in a way that makes sense and actually feels compelling. If you're worried about difficulty, the game offers hints with no penalty. No need to brute force your way through.
