About
On Sunday the 7th of March, 1936, a group of locals made their way up the long, muddy track to Galley House. As far as any of them knew, the house had stood empty for decades.
Inside, they discovered the bloody aftermath of something horrific.
The authorities were summoned, and the crime scene was eventually cleared away. But nobody ever figured out what happened that dreadful night. It seemed likely that no one ever would.
Now, many years later, you have access to a peculiar machine — one that lets you listen in on echoes of the past. Can you piece together the events behind The Incident at Galley House?

Perfectly scratches the mystery itch. I like this one more than The Roottrees Are Dead and the Rise of the Golden Idol. I think the Obra Dinn is still the gold standard for me, and I put it on par with Case of the Golden Idol. I'm big on atmosphere and like historical settings, so if that's your thing then this is a slam-dunk purchase.

Great detective game. The plot is impecable. It is really interesting. Great job
Just absolutely phenomenal. I never played Type Help as when I discovered Roottrees, I wanted to save my playthrough for this remake. I realise that Red Pearls of Borneo follows the design of this game, and what a wonderful game this was! A proper deduction and logic game that scratched that itch I've been waiting for since Roottrees. Well done again!
This is such a brilliant detective game that has a somewhat scary story behind it. I would definitely recommend it.
This game has bautiful illustrations, great ideas and mechanics, and just the right difficulty for a deduction game. However, I have to say that I'm starting to hate the plot and dialogues.... I played for 10 hours, and I think I'm near the end of the game (based on my achievements and other players' reviews), but I am so fed up with these people in the game, and what they are going through, so that I don't even desire to finish the game. It feels like at some point the scriptwriters didn't have any more ideas and just sprinted through the dialogues, idk. It's giving *poorly depicted psychosis* and *major communication problems*. I'm giving a positive mark on Steam though... The amount of work put into this game still deserves it.
this game is so well made - from the art, to the voice acting and gameplay, everything is just amazing!
Incredibly well written and well acted. Easily one of the better 'Obra Dinn'-likes, great pacing and doesn't overstay its welcome.
