Hard to give a positive review to a game that I cannot fully play and finish due to regional availability

Played the game only for the artist - Abigail Larson. She is amazing and her art is gorgeous. Regarding the game - it could be fine, but you can play only the first chapter now. There is no way to buy 5 more chapters - they are absent on Steam for me and for others that I've seen.
The story is bare minimum. The combat is last century. The music and sound are forgettable. The system is simpler than many mobile games nowadays. In general, it is a waste of time to even play it. The only pro is that they put out a demo so we know how bad it is for free (although to be frank, we can watch a Youtube let's play to find out anyway).
I had more fun with it than I anticipated, chilling while reading the story, but it is hard to recommend it to others because the game is so simple and surface level that it feels empty and incomplete with some aspects of it being there just for the sake of being there without any thought on how to better impliment them. The Good: Nice art in unusual art style that doesn't feel mainstream and convoluted. Chill game for casual relaxation. The music doesn't distract from whatever is taking place in the screen. Cheesy simple dialogues with witty undertones. Free chapter so you can get a feel for it before you buy it. Simple fantasy story with some unknown factors you have to uncover. The Bad: Slow combat that never actually improves even as the game gives you more (limited) options for customization. This is more reading exposition set in stone than playing the game (fighting or picking options). Very short duration, I beat it in 1 hour and when you are done, you are done, you can't replay chapters/missions unless you start a new game. The skill tree is mostly decorative and restricted since the only logical choice is to only invest in the +damage option to get through the slow combat faster. The sidequests are just more one liner exposition with a combat encounter for additional XP and an item reward that is worse than your starting items. So sum up, I had fun with it with but the entire thing feels ardous and incomplete (mechanic wise) so I wouldn't spend money to get 1 to 4 extra hours of this lukewarm gameplay just because I like the art style and the relaxing vibes. Try the free chapter before you make up your mind.
Boring and simple story. Combats are repetitive and there are not so many abilities. Sidequests are a joke and choices doesn't matters.
Ok let's admit it: This game's BEST feature ever is the art style. It has a combat system that allows a tiny bit of tactics, but it's short and lacks of side quests. You can actually end the WHOLE game in a very few hours and there is absolutely NO reason to replay it since every choice you make makes NO impact on how the story goes whatsoever. Super linear fairy tale that almost makes you regret being curious enough to purchase the whole package. Wow, 5 books that must be a lot of content! No. Every book is but a small portion of the game and this is almost a rip off. Still I reccomend it. Why? Well the whole game is... interesting. The style, the mechanics, everything suggests a GOOD base for... a bigger game. Like, I truly invite developers to plan a bigger game (one purchase only, possibly) with this as a reference, a base to adjust and work over. You have 3 characters slots and you actually NEVER have 3 characters with you. It feels like this game is really well thought, but actually incomplete.
