2080ti, i7 6700, 8gb ram, vive pro Nothing big to see here and very small amount of content is present but this is a start. Performance is fine. I'll recommend it if you like supporting artistic developers.

Edited 12/17/20 First, the big positive, and this may be a niche thing, but as a painter myself, I really appreciate how detailed the paintings in this gallery are. Not only in resolution, but being able to see thickly painted brush strokes in real 3d, the shininess or matteness in areas of the paintings, plus many other very subtle details. It's something very unique to this app, I've tried some VR museum apps, and they fail to capture the texture and sheen of real paintings, those apps usually opt to use a generic bumpmap texture instead of actual scanning data. You can tell the devs really put effort into giving a real feeling art experience. They actually addressed my previous review gripes in an update with more polish to the environment and in my opinion did a fantastic job, adding a level of surreal quality of the house being on a house sized island in the middle of a storm. I really recommend this if you are an art lover. Just know that this is not a game, it is an experience. Also note that it's not a huge show, but the works that are included are amazingly brought to life. I hope the developers continue to refine and release content more content this (and more paintings please!) It's very nice to be able to view art and go somewhere new when not being able to leave home.

If you own a high quality HMD and computer, this could stand as the new go to "wow new users" software replacing the dated TheBlu. You can see individual brushstrokes, all of them. 2080ti

[h1]Experienced on the Oculus Rift[/h1] This is now a free app, which I think was a wise decision by the developer to get more people interested in the art. You do have full locomotion and snap turning. However, the full locomotion is head-gaze based and is also very slow. The teleportation is almost as bad as it seems to not always be responsive and doesn't always take you to the spot that you think you will be going. The painting themselves are scanned beautifully and you can see lots of details within them. You can even see the light reflections within the glass covering. However, the environment itself is very spotty. There are several areas that were not scanned well. You will also clip through the entire place. Your headset will go black around corners. The game ran mostly just okay enough, although sometimes the frame rates dropped severely. This happened especially when trying to quit the app. The sound work was also all over the place, although mostly not very good. I would not be happy if this was still a paid app given all the above negatives. However, since it's free I can look past those errors. It's a big download, but you can appreciate the artwork if you don't focus on those negatives. [b]Rate 6/10. [/b]

I enjoyed the app. It has some of the clearest, cleanest photogrammetry I've seen in VR. It is worth the price for me, but others who may be tight on funds may find the content not worth the price. I couldn't figure out how to walk on the paintings, but I want to try that soon. The atmosophere is excellent, and very immersive. I liked the experimental loco, but faster would be better.

A quick in and out but it's pretty. It isn't flawless by any stretch and it didn't run particularly well on my particular system. Also, I'm rocking WMR and was still seeing Vive wands in-game and relegated to subpar touchpad controls. So a slight roll of the eyes to the listed WMR support on the store page. But. The prettiest parts are really really well done. This is an art piece of art pieces. Some of the textures and lighting were stunningly spectacular. Yet another example of how VR "experiences" can really shine. As long as the download size doesn't put you off it's well worth the peak inside. Plus it's freeeee now.

Very good! I wold like to get more like this, also its good for people who cant travel. Especially I like the smooth of the changing texture quality when you come closer to some objects, the dynamic changing of textures its amazing! Thank you!
