The Grinch: Christmas Adventures

This game has changed my life forever. I have never met a more relatable main character in a video game for as long as I have been alive. The Grinch: Christmas Adventure is a game that will alter the way you view Christmas. Soon, you will understand and relate to the main character The Grinch in ways you have never done before. It made me feel so seen in this world of Christmas lovers. Finally, someone who understands that Christmas is just an excuse to be kind to one another. We should always be kind, not just during Christmas, but all year, every single day. The Grinch has turned the way he is; bitter, sour and lonely because people only save their kindness for Christmas Eve. I feel as if this game will change the perspective people have on life, and schools should have this as a part of their educational program. As a grade school teacher myself, I will do my part to teach my students about this game and let them play it to also change their perspective of life. Thanks for reading my review. This game is absolutely not worth the price; it should cost more. There are so many lessons to take from it, especially with how fruity and twink-like the animations on The Grinch is. I honestly feel like a whole fruit salad after my experience with this game. Do I recommend it? No.

My wife and I were looking for a Christmas themed game to do for our you tube channel that wasn't porn and this fit the bill perfectly. We are both fans of the Grinch and the game.........is just ok. It's clearly made for little kids ( I would guess 5 to 10) a basic platformer that was never too hard or frustrating with plenty of save spots. The art style reminds me of a marriage between the Boris Karloff version and the Illumination Version of the Grinch Sound design is good with whimsical Xmas music throughout and the grunts of the Whos and Grinch made us laugh. Co-op is where the game failed. Whoever is playing as max will have little or nothing to do 90 percent of the time. The Grinch gets a jetpack, lasso, and other tools to help navigate the levels, but Max gets nothing so gets left behind to watch player 1 do most of the work. For Us, It was fun to play once but I can't recommend it unless you have little kids that you are trying to keep occupied during the Holidays. a grinchy grinch game it is a fun game it is not like the old ps1 grinchy grinch but still a grinch is a grinch! the narator is nice the storybook is there unlockables here and there some say its more for kids they may be right but fun can still be had as a grinchymess time

I would give the game a difficulty level of 2 out of 10. It was cute but there wasn't alot of different levels they all seemed mostly the same. Not worth the $40 bucks they asked for the game. Very much a rip off.

Its alright. if you have a young child to play it with who loves the grinch pick it up on sale for a deal and id say its worth it. about 4 hours of content if you play slow and get the dlc. super easy, so dont expect any challenge. movement can feel a little clunky at times. but for what it is. its ok. cant say i recomend it at its price point though. blame the publisher for that. probably the cost of the IP.

Честно? Искренне не поняла такие противоречивые отзывы, потому что игра зашла: мило, атмосферно, уютно, красочно и интересно Да, для детей от 3-х лет, это нужно помнить перед покупкой, чтобы немного снизить ожидания. Сложного многослойного сюжета точно не будет Зато поиграть в новогодние праздники или просто, чтобы поднять себе настроение, когда зима не наградила снегом, прям самое то Вдвоём играть можно, но с натяжкой, потому что все необходимые функции и способности у Гринча, а Макс не умеет буквально ничего, кроме как ходить и прыгать, что может быть скучновато для двух взрослых, но в комбинации взрослый + совсем маленький ребёнок может хорошо сработать На Steam Deck игра пошла хорошо, будто так и задумывалось, рекомендую всем фанатам Гринча и любителям новогодней атмосферы

This would be cute for kids but this game is bad and so bland. Everything felt rushed and an afterthought. I did like the narration so I’ll give it that.
