This game was pretty good, the story was passable include the dialogue even had some funny moments. The difficulty is a bit a of miss only died once at the final boss. The tools the game provided was a bit lacking for me at least didn't really use all of the except for the hook shot and ribbon for dashing purposes and bombs were mandatory for completion. This game shows promise and I hope the Developer continue to improve this style of game. 7/10 for me. Looking forward the their next game.
Reminded me of older zelda games for the gameboy, enjoyed the story and mini puzzles. Was fun!
Great 2D Zelda inspired game. Being able to move and swap between your main character and capybara companion was a neat puzzle mechanic.
I excitedly followed the progress of this game from early development to full release and can confirm it was well worth the wait. If you're a fan adventure games, treasure or fun then this is the game for you :) Graphics, story and sound track are all great! If you're looking for something new then I recommend giving this game a try
Fun and charming 2D Zelda style game. I wish there was a few more QoL changes in regards to things like the map showing more, a slider for buying items, or maybe a quest screen. The puzzles could've been a bit more challenging, and the enemies could've had more devastating attacks while attacking more often. But those things did not hinder my enjoyment of the game, I still loved the world and the characters, exploration was fun and usually rewarding, If you want a laid-back old school Zelda game this would be a good fit!
Absolutely fantastic adventure game. Beautiful art, great music, good story. Definitely has some inspiration from Zelda, but it's its own game.
The game was a lot of fun, a nice colorful adventure, exploring around with Marisa and Kapi's banter was entertaining and the story clearly evokes a greater world this was made in, hope there is more to the world of Marisa and the priestess' ! The pixel art is beautiful and the music while not as varied remained enjoyable the whole way through! I missed some upgrades despite beating the game so there are some secrets beyond the needed path for those who feel like exploring a bit more for them, there also optional quests where you get to interact some more with the NPCs which I felt added a lot their characters
Cute little Zelda 2D game. Graphics are beautiful and characters are endearing. Nice soundtrack too. It scratched the zelda 2d itch for me.
Capybruh is OP murderbot <3. Very cute game, chill and enjoyable, scratches that top down Zelda itch and interesting/silly throughout. I do wish it was a little less tedious toward the end, the bosses need more pizzaz, and it could use more secrets and interactivity in the environment (i.e. I kept expecting it to be more secret of evermore style, but it never quite got there). Overall recommend, and hats off to small indie dev!
Game is a cute/10. A cute little Zelda like that isn't really pretending to be more then it is. Good way to spend about 20 or so hours for just as many dollars if you enjoy the GBA Zelda's. Combat isn't much to write home about but then again, neither really was the source materials. Exploration and Puzzle solving has its moments and is fun from time to time. There's some joy to unlocking new abilities though i'd be lying if I said that my most used weapon was the one you get in the first Temple. The story is rather simplistic and the characters are cute. There are a bunch of elemental based dungeons, you are the sword wielding adventurer who takes care of them. The rather simple setup however does make way to I believe the games greatest strength over the source material and that's more dialog and wit. The main character actually speaks, There's a lot of cute back and forths between her and other characters, and its the type of dialog I think really sells the game. Again, this isn't really much more then a short Zelda-like but it does the job if your looking for something in that ball park. Not too hard. Not too long. But still a cute experience.
