In a time when the Napoleonic Wars were raging in Europe, another minor theatre took place in the far north. In the lands of the Kingdom of Sweden, in modern-day Finland, the Finnish War was a conflict in a dangerous land that saw stories, battles, and heroes unlike anywhere else in the continent.

I didn't have the greatest experience with this game. I understand it's a small studio and one of the first projects so take this review as a learning for future projects. First of all i could not launch in windowed mode at all, the game just crashed when i tried. Fullscreen worked. I ran the campaign and started the tutorial. The text was hard to read, (white text on white textured background) and i couldn't tell if i did everything right or wrong. The special units part didn't work therefore the tutorial could not be finished. Also the building part is very hard to understand. I tried to build everywhere but it only said "i could not build here". Hunting traps worked on some places. In mission 3 i can't build anything at all. To help you build you get a red circle where the building is placed, this circle stays red even where you can build. To make building easier this need to be changed so the ring gets green on places you can build. If you can't build on a mission then disable the option so we don't get confused. If you make a game like this in the future i sure hope you use a better engine. I can see this would work but we need to be able to have better control of units and formations. Take a look at Mount & Blade and use that game as a template. Otherwise thumbs up. If this game was released around same time as Liero (late 90's) i would have loved to play it on the school breaks. :)
Rather enjoyable experience.
Full of blood and realistic!
It has some interesting parts but it's pretty much unplayable on an ultrawide, everything is massive and stretched with no way to change resolution or window size.
This game is awesome, i love old-school games like this, the story-line & accurate history is terrific too, making it that much more better!! i would give it a 6.5/7 out of 10 Has lots of potential i believe, i am dropping a review video on this game cause i love it so much!!
