An interesting take on Sokoban that is surprisingly short, but at the same time also deep in the sense that some puzzles, particularly the one leading up to the good ending, are quite convoluted. It is a tiny, smart, and well-designed delight.
Doesn't quite hold itself up to A Monster's Expedition - in pure numbers, it's a quarter of the price but certainly less than a quarter of the game, though maybe that's more the original game's incredible value - but it's still a solid puzzle game with some extra bits. I enjoyed the mechanics, and there were some fun discoveries to be had as you explore, but honestly I feel like the game didn't take them far enough. The core mechanic may not quite have as much nuance and surprises as the tree-pushing of the original, but it does feel like the elements that it does have are underused rather than having the extra creativity and surprising puzzles squeezed from them that they could do. This results in a much easier experience than the original. The extra bit of puzzling to get the better ending is quite fun, and is definitely worth appreciating as a lighter and more accessible bonus metapuzzle compared to some other similar games, a bit more of a gateway for the less hardcore puzzler. That said, backtracking being impossible, while I suppose necessary to support the puzzles, leads to a bit of frustration when it comes to achieving this ending, as you essentially have to start the game from the very beginning if you don't succeed in solving it enough. Still pretty great though, and definitely worth the low price tag.
Ah, the pipe. LOL. Good one Alan (assuming it was Alan?) 8/10. Very VERY short, even with the challenge ending. Look for sale.
This is a nice puzzle game, sweet and very short. The main game is relatively easy and can be recommended to people without much sokoban/block-pushing/grid-based puzzle experience. An alternative ending, together with the opportunity to severly overdo its requirement, provides an additional challenge that essentially turns the whole game in one big "meta"-puzzle (and the "base game" into a "tutorial" section of it). The game is very short (which, however, could be considered a plus in some way), and lacks a mini-map that would help with solving the meta-puzzle. Oh, and somehow the end credits felt a little glitchy one time... Other than that, I didn't notice any problems.
Overall = 6/10
The premise is cute and the core concept is solid but it’s frustrating to play due to the clunky controls and it being far too easy to get into a dead end scenarios. As with most of their puzzle games, the base game is far too short and easy and the secret puzzles far too difficult and obscure without any kind of hints to help you toward a solution. The short length means starting over isn’t too bad, but when trying for the good ending, being able to revert to earlier states rather than undoing hundreds of moves would have been beneficial.
7 minutes in and ive already bricked my save, phenomenal

The Electrifying Incident: A Monster Mini-Expedition
When the steam page says bite-sized, it means bite-sized, this is a very short puzzle game with very few mechanics, you learn through trial and error and the game allows for a few alternate solutions given you can bring boxes from previous puzzles.
Gameplay
The game isn't a series of levels, it is one big level where you play through Sokoban style puzzles. It's not particularly difficult given the game intentionally let's you bring boxes from previous levels, the sooner you figure out how to do this the easier the puzzles become. It's good for a single session playthrough but the alternate final puzzle solution does give a reason for a shorter extra playthrough.
Achievements (7/7)
You can get every achievement naturally other than "Not Safe, But Safer" which requires you to replay the game bringing extra boxes through to find the alternate ending in the last puzzle.
Settings/Accessibility/Misc
Some accessibility settings. 12 languages supported. Keyboard, mouse and gamepad support available. A very good puzzle game, but it's ultra short! :( I was done in just around 25 minutes. Still had fun, tho!
