The Echoes of Mars

Solid TD with a no-nonsense narrative pace (straight from the 80's-90's) and nice, well thought out visuals (same goes for SFX). Bernice and Thomas (the main protagonists) being stylized after Family Guy is a nice touch. A strong variety of enemies keeps you on your toes through the levels. Feedback: • Indicator of where the waves will be coming from on Level 1 (had to guess, but maybe it's just me) • A few more grunts for Bernice and Thomas for emotional range • Option to restart from Level 1 after a failed attempt • A slightly higher animation speed. Fast forward option almost feels like normal speed • Hints & tips after a failed attempt With all that said, a great TD with a lot of room for aggressive expansion.

This is a game made by a friend of mine and it looks great for the first ever project on Steam. Although, there are some visual bugs with text, balance and turret issues, the game plays well. An hour long adventure, in and out. Wish QA was better, but overall the product is good. Recommend to buy and please support Georgii!

Игру полностью прошёл (за час...), возвращать пожалуй не буду. Чем-то напоминает мне мою Asteroid Field (Не ищите, Яндекс уже снёс (полагаю она портила ему статистику)): вроде контент есть, а играть скучно. Игра однозначно сырая, и есть баги (1. Кривые анимации портят всё погружение, 2. Турели не могут вращаться (разраб из этого сделал фичу), 3. При этом враги могут менять линию, из-за чего все враги долбятся в одну из пяти линию). Публиковать игру и допилить её потом, плохая идея так-как Steam распространяет её только первые недели. Ну и конечно ждём на мобилы, может там она обретёт популярность. [b]Не покупайте пока[/b] P.S. Пишу в версии 1.10, обновления незначительную, мнение не поменял, конечно история создания прикольно, но она геймплей не меняет. И я не знаю это только у меня, но пропала половина шрифтов

This is a great game. This is a game where you can take a break and just build fort knox. I would like to see more of something similar and/or expansion to this in the future. Keep up the good work!

Красавчик! Так держать! Хорошая игра! Но, после того как профукал волну, хотелось бы побольше дополнительной энергии, дабы продолжить игру :) хотя бы после 3-4... хехехе

A very nice tower defense game, especially as a first released project :)

Скорее игра для хакатона, чем для магазина, но в целом всё приятно и отполировано, несмотря на очевидное однообразие геймплея (где-то после 25-й волны из 50 можно на быстрой перемотке всё проходить, имея фактически безлимитную энергию и полностью отстроенную базу).

Seems like more of a student project than anything; honestly very expensive at $5. I 100% it in 1.5 hours. Of the 50 stages, the first 10 or so were by far the most difficult. After that point, there's no new enemies, or other meaningful additional content, so it was just fast-forwarding through wave after wave.
