Renovate and manage a ruined office building. Clean, repair, and furnish rooms, rent them to picky tenants, fix printers and coffee machines, enjoy an exaggerated office joke system, and survive daily chaos. Turn neglect into profit — money doesn’t print itself, even if the printer tries.

About
You've wrecked another car. This time, your wealthy father, a real estate developer, isn't giving you new keys.
He's giving you the keys to a dilapidated office building.
No cash. No mercy. No excuses.
Welcome to the Dream Office.
In Office of Dreams, you are thrown into the depths of office management. Your task is simple (in theory): renovate a neglected office building, rent out its rooms, keep the tenants happy, and turn chaos into profit.
Clean, repair, furnish, and manage every square foot. Deal with damage, tenant requests, and daily disasters—sometimes figuratively, sometimes quite literally fires.
If the building starts making money... maybe one day it will finally be yours.
Get involved in practical management:
Clean up trash, wash floors, and restore neglected rooms
Repair walls, paint, tile, and furnish interiors
Sell useless junk to finance further repairs
Turn empty, broken spaces into functional offices
Every decision costs time and money — and bad choices come back to haunt you.
From offices and conference rooms to restrooms, hallways, and service areas—each area has its own role and challenges.
Poor planning leads to dissatisfied tenants. Smart management builds reputation... and revenue.
Your tenants aren't just numbers.
They joke, dance, nap at work — and sometimes actually work. Every company has its own expectations:
Required equipment
Standards for comfort and cleanliness
Quiet workspaces... or a place for after-work parties
They love order—and they love office parties even more. You can clean up the mess later... but sometimes chaos leaves something valuable behind.
The office does not run itself:
Fix printers before someone throws them out the window
Maintain coffee machines—productivity depends on it
Respond to breakdowns, negligence, and emergencies
If you ignore problems for too long, they can turn into disasters
Money does not print itself. Even if the printer really wants to.
Receive regular rental offers from companies looking for specific premises.
Meet their requirements
Choose the right tenants
Balance risk, reputation, and stable income
Every day is a struggle for profit.
Work during the day, manage your spaces, rent premises, and keep everything running smoothly.
Maintain cleanliness, reputation, and functionality—or pay the price.
Because in office management, teamwork means: Everyone is responsible—so no one is to blame.
Will you turn a crumbling office building into a profitable business... or just another expensive life lesson?
The office of your dreams awaits.

The core gameplay is enjoyable, but it quickly starts to feel like an endless loop of repeated chores. The faucet breaking mechanic is especially frustrating, having it happen multiple days in a row, combined with the loud, intrusive music that plays until it’s fixed, feels overstimulating rather than engaging. While these tasks are clearly meant to add variety, they occur too frequently and end up disrupting the fun. Adding an option to hire staff to handle cleaning and maintenance would allow players to focus more on the enjoyable aspects of the game. Lastly, repeatedly walking back and forth to the large trash container becomes tedious and slows down the overall experience.
I feel a bit underwhelmed. I know the game is in Early Access, and it mentions 8–10 hours of gameplay, but I finished it in about 2.5 hours. After a short time, everything starts to feel like an endless loop: skip a day, repair something, take out the trash, skip the next day, and repeat. As the “owner” of this office floor, I was hoping for more depth and responsibility. For example, tenants coming to me with specific problems, new clients trying to rent space and maybe even convincing me to evict existing tenants, or having to make tougher business decisions overall. Since the quest where you finish and rent out the conference room, I’ve basically had the same tenants the entire time because other companies simply offer less money than the ones I already have. In fact, it was always more profitable to keep the same tenants. At one point, another company wanted to rent four rooms (three offices and one conference room) but only offered $1,130 total, while another company is already paying $730 for just two offices. That kind of pricing doesn’t really make sense to me and removes any incentive to switch tenants. I also hope there will be an option to expand in the future, for example into additional floors. Having only six offices, one conference room, one kitchen, and one bathroom feels very limited. After a while, it becomes repetitive because there’s simply nothing left to do except skip day > clean up > repair > skip day again. All in all, it’s still a relaxing game with a nice foundation, and I’ll definitely keep an eye on future content updates. I really hope the gameplay loop gets expanded and deeper over time, because the core idea has a lot of potential.

Good and interesting game. It's a pity that there is only one level — because of this, the gameplay ended quickly. I would love to see more content and opportunities for expansion. Thank you!
The Dream Office
a blind person could do better than me My name is G0disPink and I have a YouTube channel where I play and upload my first experience with a game unedited. Most of my videos are 20 to 30 minutes in length and this is my critique from my short time with the game. Similarities From

House Flipper
The Sims
Renovation simulator games
The Good

Relaxing and casual
So many possibilities to make things look good (or bad)
Easy to learn controls
The Bad

Feels repetitive
Maintenance can feel tedious
Final Opinion GREAT game for $10. This game could have easily been $20 or $25 but instead it is listed for $10. If you are a fan of renovation games such as hotel games or house flipper games, you need to check this out. You can design every office to look different even though they are all right up against each other. Reminds me of walking through a pet store and seeing the rows of fish tanks all looking different next to one another. The game is fun and can be a time sink if you enjoy this type of game.
I downloaded the demo of this game out of boredom and didn’t expect much, but was hooked right away. It’s a really fun and surprisingly in depth game, especially for the price. Great experience so far. Looking forward to future updates, especially the addition of more floors!
