About
Travel back to an old, wonderful age. A magical era, remembered fondly as "The Nineties." A time when battle was much more tactical, when both heroes and villains, courteously waited their turn to attack one another.
An age when you didn't have to frantically smash the mute button upon hearing a shrill, over-the-top voice-actor deliver dialog, because, back then, you simply read it, and heard the appropriate voice in your mind. Journey back to the golden period in history, where The Dragons' Twilight II takes place.
After deciding to embark on a final "mini-adventure;" one more thrill before accepting their boring adult fates, three ordinary youths' lives become forever changed when they cross paths with a familiar bounty hunter, whose motives propel them into the adventure of a lifetime.
The Age of Dragons draws to a close, and the ever meddling Elder Dragon, Kaia, won't stop until she rights the atrocities wrought by her own kind. The forbidden resurrection is nearly at hand. What could possibly go wrong?

I can't tell you how much I enjoyed Dragons' Twilight II [DT2], but you know...here goes: Be sure to play DT1 before starting DT2. The story is wonderful and very important to know so you'll better understand the DT2 continuation. I was a bit disappointed with the DT2 storyline at first. It is not as dragon-involved and doesn't have quite the heart that DT1 had. But after getting into the game further a bit, I became enthralled with how the weapons, armor, and magic tomes could be enhanced or rearranged. One review said DT2 was a "short" game, but for me, it was one of the longest, most mapped-out [by me] and detailed RPGs I've interacted with. I like to draw out many towns and exploration areas/dungeons and keep track of what items/arms are available in each town. And boy, do you do a LOT of traveling in this game! A world map is provided, but it only shows a topographical image. You must know where the towns and passes are through which you travel in order to know what's where on the world map. Be sure to note where you've traveled, too, because you get a bonus if you travel everywhere on the map. [NOTE: I went everywhere else I could go by using the map and just bumping around BEFORE ending up in Six Cities, making that the place where I got my bonus. And the game tells you when you have earned an achievement.] I loved being challenged to switch out spells and protective gems to prepare for different foes with totally different powers. I enjoyed grinding to earn money [and experience points] for all the items I wanted and skill levels for fights, especially to fight the boss monster at the end. I did have difficulty with one treasure-chest Inferno monster down the blue-globe hallway, but SPOILER ALERT. If you get stuck, "reflect" on what you need to beat the foe. I always have trouble guessing what the symbols are for the different buffs/damages, and I have to admit that it took me a while to know how to protect my characters for the final boss challenge. I was SO thrilled when I figured it out! YAY! [Then it only took me about 20-30 minutes to win...I am a SLOW player!] I loved this game and highly recommend it to intermediate and advanced players. Beginners who like a challenge should dive in, too [but remember to play DT1 first, right?!] . Well worth the money!
It's a fun fighting game.
its a great old school rpg the kind i grew up with as a kid and i love the turn based combat
Finished it, really liked it. Adapting gear, figuring out which spells work best, side quests, easter eggs... yup, I had a blast.
This is a great game for all fans of good RPG-Maker games out there. Like Dragons' Twilight I it includes all you need: quirky characters, an interesting storyline, cute graphics, funny dialogues and fitting music. I especially liked the monster-designs, the crafting system and the myriad of weapons you can get by solving numerous quests. Most bosses are not too easy but not nervewreckingly hard. A little grinding is recommended, but it is minimal compared to other games out there (I hate mindless hour-long grinding, so this was a relief). The last boss is challenging but beatable. Just solve the quests and craft your own stuff mostly and you are good (don't forget to get those crystal keys) :) I enjoyed every minute of Dragons' Twilight I + II and am looking forward to playing 7th Deep. Kudos to the developer of those little gems. Sadly the good RPG-Maker games often drown in the mass of mediocre to outright bad games out there. I had to do quite a bit of digging to find Dragons' Twilight here on Steam. Long story short, I highly recommend playing Dragons' Twilight I+II if you want to have a good time.
In my opinion this series is fun. Its been a while since I've been so sad to reach the end of a game. You're doing a fine job G.A. Williams. Make more.
I've played this game before but never finished it. It was tough but not impossible and I enjoyed it a lot. I'm looking forward to the third installment of the game.
Trust me, I got more than 0.2. Its a nice little party based JRPG. Add to your collection! A must get! 9/10
Dragons' Twilight 2 is a short and sweet sequel to Dragons' Twilight 1. The art is beautiful, the music is wonderful, and the gameplay is intuitive and fast-paced (hold down the A button on your controller to zoom through random battles!). I finished the first game in this series, so I appreciated seeing the old heroes back in action alongside some new faces. The only thing I found wrong with this game is the typos/spelling errors, but they do not detract overmuch from the experience. The fact that I finished all the quests (the in-game achievement said so!) proves how much I enjoyed playing.
Just a few days ago I finished the 1st part and now the 2nd. This is one of those games where you would like to see more....but at the same time it is good that this story is finished. The best part is that you don't need excessive grinding.
