I would like to play the game, but I can't get it to save, when I try to save it I get a save error, then end of file. Then it closes out. Can anyone help?
It's a cute, VERY SHORT game. Is it worth the 9.99? No, i'd wait for it to go on sale. There isn't much guidance on where to go or what to do but then again you don't really need any since it's a very basic game and you will figure it out on your own easily. I accidently (no guide) started in the hardest area and realized this when the other areas got easier and easier. Wasn't an issue at all but made me chuckle. The story was basic/simple. Not much character development. You can't talk to all of the npc's and there was one chest I couldn't figure out how to get to but it didn't really matter since... the game is VERY EASY. I had no troubles at all. There is no tutorial in the game. You can move with point n click or your arrow keys on computer. Esc or X key opens up menu. To open doors, click on them with cursor. There are no options for key binds that i could see so it's mostly arrow keys and mouse clicking. You couldn't open up all the doors in the game which was kinda sad but not a big deal. The game is very generous with money and healing item drops so you won't really need to stock up on many things via items store. Not sure who or where Darc came from... but he joins the party and well..that's that. Just sorta someone/stranger you automatically pick up towards the beginning of the game. No back story on him. This is a very very very basic game and easy to play/beat so if you are looking for a few hours to kill with no stress, then this is a good game to play. The only bugs i encountered were getting stuck turning corners, had to back up and make a wider turn and sometimes clipping off the pathway and having to go back and make sure i stayed on the right path to advance. Also if you are on a wall,ramparts...the creatures below you will attack you if you are close enough to the edge. Hope this helps for anyone curious or wondering how to do something in the game. It's easy, you will figure it out. only took me 4 -5 hours. You can probably finish it faster.

👍
Took me 7 hours. Could have really used a map. And a bit too easy like most of these games. But I enjoyed it. Decent turn-based RPG
This is a very simple and mostly boring RPG Maker game, where it's obvious that little effort was put into its development. The world, which once again needs saving, is very, very small and consists of only a few villages. The NPCs encountered there are merely window dressing and mostly say nothing. There are, however, two side quests, which are just as boring as the rest of the game. The game itself... well, don't be fooled by the claim that it's 15-20 hours long... I reached the end in under 6 hours, and I wasn't even rushing. There's no grinding. There are no monsters on the small overworld, and those in the dungeons disappear forever once defeated. The dungeons themselves are a prime example of boredom. Endless corridors that offer little to no variety. This is also where one of the mechanics designed to artificially lengthen the game comes into play... there's no way to move. Your party trudges along at a snail's pace. And...GREAT, once you've defeated the dungeon's boss, you get to sneak through an empty dungeon to the exit. Very exciting. Of course, there are also several places where your party can just leave the screen. There's also a treasure chest you can't reach because, although your party can (due to poor RPG Maker usage) walk through some barrels, walls, and tables, even the smallest puddle of water is impossible to cross. Oh, and let's not forget that it's sometimes quite difficult to tell whether there's an exit or not. Sometimes the boundary is missing, and you still can't proceed; sometimes there is a boundary...and you're supposed to have clairvoyant abilities to know that you can continue. Now, on to the battles. We have four party members who fill the usual roles: Ranger/Healer, Fighter, Wizard, and Thief. However, the Fighter and Wizard roles are pretty useless. The fighter doesn't gain any decent skills throughout the entire game and is also the slowest character on the battlefield. The mage has a few skills, but they do virtually no damage, and he has far too few mana points. Ironically, the ranger/healer (the actual main character) and the thief have the spells that deal the most damage and also generate the most MP. The battles themselves can only be described as boring. There's absolutely no strategy. Just smash everything in and heal in time. Furthermore, each dungeon only contains two types of enemies, which appear in various formations. Final verdict: As always with a game from this publisher known for its shovelware, I haven't encountered a masterpiece. It's playable. But as I said, boring. I could only recommend it if you buy it heavily discounted. As it is now... no recommendation, stay away from it!!!
