Self taught back alley black market-y concoction mixing can get no better! Become a chemist, see the darker side of chemistry. It's as easy as pouring one thing into another while deciding what to do when parents start eating their babies because the soft body lotion you've made just makes them so tasty.

I spent too much time for a game that hasn't been updated for this long It was unique but still not worth
One of the only games I've found that "legally" lets you make things that would otherwise, most likely, put you on several watch lists
The Chemist is a game where you do tedious tasks none stop. Even in sandbox mode, mixing the various liquids into a super poison gets boring. The game is not my top recommended, but if you're so bored you need something boring to cure it I still wouldn't recommend this game to you. Just out of pity.
I just put pheromones in everything to see what kind of ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up results I get
Unfinished. Will never be finished. Do not buy.
It may become tedious, but it needed to be made. There are 2 ways your play session can become tedious or overwhelming(even if you're successful) 1. You let the trash build up too much and you end up kicking through it as you swing your legs while you walk. your apartment gets so full of trash that you can't get through the hallway to put packages in your drop box and keep shipping them or you even get through the hall to bring trash to the disposal bin. you can only bring trash one piece at a time. of course you can make enough money selling concoctions online to pay someone to clean your apartment, but if you throw the trash away by hand you get some renown or prestige points per piece too. 2. the grind. Say you're successful and you make money and you unlock the secret room and start making things with more illegal or rare ingredients etc. It may be fun, but it will be real work to keep producing the concoctions and selling them or filling orders for specific creations. The grind is real. It can be a lot of fun for a long time though. If you like pouring the liquids, find their system of physics and chemistry to be enjoyable enough to use, learn to let off steam when needed by tossing a flask across the room and pouring coffee into your face 25-50ml at a time from a glass flask. enjoy...
i ABSOLUTELY ADORE the premise of this game. maybe one day i'll get a good enough grasp on the ridiculous mechanics to not go broke. but i really wish it was different than it is. idek how to describe it. it definitely feels early access and inconsiderate or thoughtless. go watch someone else play it on youtube. it will be better than actually playing it.
doesn't work, what a shame.
