Rescue Party: Live!

Over all, it's a copy cat of Overcooked with a different genre. The game itself has potential, cute character, cute ideas. BUT, it's not ready to be played. Unless you don't have any other game on your wish list, I don't recommending this game to you. It makes you crazy. I ended up finishing the game with all 3 stars after so many swear words from my mouth. Here's some of the most annoying things I experienced : 1. It really frustrating when you keep picking your backpack item instead of the NPC in front of you! While the items keep decreasing the score, the NPC also dying. Double frustrating at the same time. 2. NPC keeps trying to suicide. Moving on its own is already a messed up idea, but suicide? PLEASE! 3. It really lags on my PC. Yes, my PC is kinda old and not that fast. But i never experienced any lag on this kind of game (overcooked, tools up, moving out, etc) BUT this game is really lags even on the lowest setting. Especially on some maps with special effect (like water or something). 4. Control is a MESS. I'm sure that my joystick is working good, but on this game, sometimes it error and keeps walking when i already stop pushing the button. It never happen on any other game. I still got so many lists, but, I think it's long enough. Thank you for reading! :D

Was very delighted when I saw this game was released, but everything turned into disappointment after I try to play the game with my friends. These are the issues with the current version of the game: 1) No Steam remote play available. I have tried other games and they work totally fine, but this game does not allow me to invite friends via Steam remote play. 2) Recognizing input is a total disaster. Keyboard and the first controller both recognize as Player 1, and the other controllers could not be recognized for some reasons, while they work fine in another game that we tried. Would suggest allowing us to configure each input to each player in game. For the current version of the game, totally not recommended.

Pretty solid addition to the ever growing Overcooked clone collection, mostly tightly designed gameplay with the major hiccup being specific rescue missions where the map changes or moves along while you have to take survivors with you. These missions are a pain because the AI seem to have a deathwish and do not want to be saved sometimes, they can be seen walking off great heights, running into smoke, drowning themselves and dancing while burning alive. If they don't kill themselves then you end up murdering them because slightly bumping them sends them off ledges to fly away like a pinball. These missions aside Rescue Party was a good experience with a surprising amount of level variety and new mechanics being added throughout the campaign, 3 stars are reasonable for just two people so balance is good for any party size. didn't run into too many bugs personally which was nice but your mileage may vary. Thumbs up from me but for the love of god do yourself a favour and turn off the scrolling text feature that plasters comments all over your screen

I'm gonna have to give this a thumbs down (at least for now). It has potential but it still needs some tweaking to be a good and fun game. For one, being a co-op game that does not support remote play is kind of a big let down. I know you can still use 3rd party apps to achieve a simulated local play but it would have been more convenient with steam play. Second, when you do co-op, there are issues with keyboard and controller combination as many other reviews have stated. You're better off using all controllers if you can. Lastly, I think some of the levels need a bit of tweaking for smaller parties. We were playing a 2 man party and there was this one level that split us with a pond in between us and 2 patients on each side. You are able to cross to the other side by riding floating boxes that SLOWLY rotated around the pond. It was almost impossible for us to save everyone. And we were forced to decide to just let some of them die in hopes that saving the rest will offset the score enough. That level was frustrating at the very least. And don't even get me started on that flooding level. We barely managed to save everyone after a few tries just because the water was flooding too fast.

Great fun game, with easy to master controls. It makes me feel guilty sometimes when patients die.

Jogo caótico onde tudo pega fogo e você precisa salvar pacientes e perdidos malucos. Demorei um pouco para entender algumas mecânicas(eu sou lerda mesmo), mas vale super a pena! Recomendo? Recomendo! 10/10 Tudo pega fogo. Tudo vira um piscinão. Tudo se torna uma gritaria, caos, socorros. Tem uns malucos que não querem sobreviver de jeito algum. obs. adorei o jogo por justamente ter objetivos 'parecidos' ao vizinho porque o que buscamos é caos e diversão.

잘만든 게임이에요. 구조대원끼리 충돌시 스턴이나 전체점수가 아니라 각대원 점수로 등수 정하는듯 좀 불편하다고 할만한 요소들도 있지만 다양한 기믹을 잘 섞음 제작자가 해보고싶은것들 다 넣은느낌인데 과하지는 않음 난이도도 적당하지만 3명이할때나 4명이 할때도 3별 조건점수가 같음 그래도 저평가 되어있는 게임 , 볼륨도 많음 추천 50%세일은 가끔 하니 할때 사세요!
