In The Bunker we will play the role of The Sexy ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ (name of player's choice) stuck inside a random bunker with his landlady Claire (name of player's choice) just after a world wide catastrophe that changed their life forever.
It is a very little and very short sandbox style novel game not even free from grinding, on the contrary quite the opposite.
Graphically it's not impressive, it's poorly animated and somehow cheaply made, even the name colors of the only two speaking characters have been left the same and there are errors like sometimes, when a character thinks, the texts isn't in italic or sentences that begins with lowercase letters, also switching from "POV" to "side" during the "Jerk off" scene in the bathroom in the morning is broken.
The soundtrack is loud, boring, short, and looped indefinitely, and there are no sounds or moans of any kind.
Additionally, options during "action" scenes are presented with large text boxes with solid green backgrounds that basically force you to press "H" to see what's happening.
I generally can overlook it, however, this time I have to say that the protagonist is really unpleasant.
The main menu lacks a gallery, but most of the scenes are repeatable, furthermore there is a "re-image" option directly in the game, in the "bedroom" at night, with even a scene to rewatch.
The Steam Cloud saving feature is also absent.
Claire's gorgeous body and the "get straight to the point" advertisment are obviously the selling point of the game, however, I honestly couldn't recommend this title, certainly not at full price, perhaps only if heavily discounted.
Edit: this was true at the time of the review, when the game at full price cost 9.99 CHF, (8.99 USD) before this was instead lowered to 3.29 CHF (2.99 USD) without discounts, starting from February 14, 2024, however the rating remains however negative for the aforementioned reasons.
[spoiler]Personal note: Claire, being the only one, is obviously the best girl here, unfortunately for her, she deserved to be in a better visual novel, with perhaps even a better protagonist.[/spoiler]

In The Bunker interpreteremo il ruolo di The Sexy ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ (nome a scelta del giocatore) bloccato all'interno di un bunker a caso con la sua padrona di casa Claire (nome a scelta del giocatore) subito dopo una catastrofe mondiale che ha cambiato le loro vite per sempre.
Si tratta di una piccola e brevissima visual novel in stile sandbox, nemmeno esente da grind, anzi, al contrario.
Graficamente non è impressionante, è animato maluccio e generalmente realizzato in modo scadente, persino i colori dei nomi degli unici due personaggi che parlano sono stati lasciati uguali, inoltre ci sono alcuni errori come, a volte, quando un personaggio pensa, il testo non è in corsivo oppure frasi che iniziano in minuscolo, anche il passaggio da "POV" a "side" durante la scena "Jerk off" in bagno alla mattina non funziona.
La colonna sonora è rumorosa, noiosa, breve e riprodotta in loop indefinitamente, e non ci sono suoni o lamenti di alcun tipo.
Inoltre, le opzioni durante le scene d'"azione" sono presentate con delle grandi caselle di testo con sfondo verde pieno che praticamente obbligano a premere "H" per vedere cosa sta succedendo.
In genere riesco a soprassedere, tuttavia questa volta devo proprio dire che il protagonista è davvero antipatico.
Nel menu principale manca una galleria, però la maggior parte delle scene sono ripetibili, inoltre c'è l'opzione "re-image" direttamente nel gioco, nella "camera da letto" di notte, con addirittura una scena da rivedere.
La funzione di salvataggio su Steam Cloud è anche assente.
Il corpo meraviglioso di Claire e la pubblicità "vai dritto al punto" sono ovviamente il punto di forza del gioco, tuttavia, sinceramente non potrei realmente consigliare questo titolo, di certo non a prezzo pieno, forse solo se fortemente scontato.
Edit: questo valeva al momento della recensione, quando il gioco a prezzo pieno costava 9.99 CHF, (8.99 USD) prima che questi fosse invece abbassato a 3.29 CHF (2.99 USD) senza sconti, a partire dal 14 di febbraio 2024, tuttavia la valutazione rimane comunque negativa per i suddetti motivi.
[spoiler]Nota personale: Claire, essendo l'unica, è ovviamente la best girl qui, anche se, purtroppo per lei, avrebbe meritato di stare in una visual novel migliore, con magari anche un protagonista migliore.[/spoiler]
