I really wanted to like the game but for one, I felt that when playing with a controller it'd feel a lot better but the movement just doesn't feel good. Also it is not well optimized. Refunding for now.

Game is so far so good, do not listen to negative reviews people talk! they would fix minor issues with patches over time. I enjoy it .
Vraiment incroyable pour ceux qui ont adoré the witcher 3. Seul truc chiant, j'ai du me casser le cul pour arrêter d'avoir du suttering sans utiliser le vsync du jeu. Utilisez la vsync de nvdia dans le control panel est non celle du jeu, l'input lag devient tout de suite plus agréable. Pour les textures qui scintille lorsqu'on bouge la caméra, le jeu est étrangement sensible au réglage d'OVERDRIVE de votre écran. J'ai du baisser le mien de 80 à 40 pour endiguer le phénomène, c'est la première fois que ça m'arrive. Va falloir accepter un peu de ghosting pour ce point. La génération d'image de Nvdia marche très bien sur ce jeu avec un input lag vraiment correct (10 ms) mais le jeu sutter à cause de l'abscence de vsync lorsqu'on utilise celle-ci, ce qui m'est d'ailleurs jamais arrivé sur aucun entre jeu. Bref, le commun des mortels ayant un taff. Ils vont pas se casser le cul comme moi à tester tout les paramètres. Un petit pach pour peaufiner l'utilisage des technologies est nécessaire. Sinon ça tourne plutôt bien, 80-90 fps en 2K avec une 5070 en DLSS qualité sans frame gen.
Omni Blocking was a tough choice to implement , however. this game is a masterpiece. 30 days and nights of choosing what to do and how to do it. so many ways to play this game, and ive only scratched the surface.

I expected a Witcher 3 like game and I am not disappointed. The performance of the game could be better though, I get non-steady 50-60 fps at high settings with DLSS and frame generation enabled.
Well I finished it and I'm pretty happy with it. Story is decent and there plenty of content. The time gimmick is interesting and honestly I feel like it fits in pretty well as it gives you that sense of urgency. Gameplay can get a bit repetitive but there are quite a few spells and attacks so you cant experiment. Performance wise no complaints. I've seen some complaints from people with nvidia about framegen acting up but on my 9070xt I've had 0 issues. I used a combination of high and ultra graphics settings, along with FG, and at 1440p it ran pretty smooth. Overall I give it an 8.
