Excited to pick up this game from Nite Team 4 I was actually, kind of disappointed. If you've ever played Nite Team 4, you know those Open World Missions that Alice and Smith used to make? Well, this game is it. On a psychotic level. I thought "Ya, this game would be a nice relaxant and get me involved deeper into The Black Watchman that Nite Team 4 always talked about" HAHA. NOPE. This game goes over a buuuuuuuuuunch of ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up topics. Human experimentation a big one, as well as delving into what is pretty much, satanic cults. I like that idea. It also mixes it with a bunch of stuff that I must not be galaxy brained enough to understand. Alice and Smith goes HARD on puzzling. I got sick of it after about 2 hours of a constant cycle of 1.racking my head with missions, 2. seeing a guide for said mission, then 3. going "Yeah, how the ♥♥♥♥ was I supposed to figure that one out?" I wish I could give a conditional recommendation. So I'll leave it positive at it's price point. Do NOT buy this game if you are in it for just lore, this game will rip your ass a new one. DO Buy this game if you feel that every other game has failed you on puzzles.

MIMICS REAL LIFE

Probably the best ARG I've ever played.

Incredibly good puzzle game that blends reality and fiction just enough to immerse you in the game world but not drive you insane.

It's different, in a good way. Using the real world as a playground when searching for answers to puzzles just scratches that itch for me!

The concept is really cool but I had two issues with it: 1) it feels too much like work, which isn't fun. And 2) it doesn't appear to really be active anymore. The live events and working together aspect seemed really neat but it seems quite inactive from that respect. For example, the discussion board only has 2 pinned comments from the developers - one from 2017 - which is quite odd. Not sure if I am missing something, but the community aspect of it seems to be a thing of the past. So you're really just playing a game that requires research online - so multiple screens recommended and it gets really tedious if you're playing on one screen.
