About
You have crash-landed on a lethal, radiation-soaked planet, and you are running out of time. A scorching sun that burns everything in its path is coming your way. Your only hope of survival is a massive mobile base too complex for one person to operate. You are forced to make a decision no human has ever faced: creating a crew of alternative versions of yourself.
But your solution may just become your biggest problem.
You crashed. You are entirely alone. The sun is a death sentence, and your mobile base must keep moving to outrun it. With no rescue coming, you must find a way to operate it, or you’ll die.
When the planet itself is your enemy, every second spent standing still brings you closer to ash.
To survive, you must move. To move, you need help. Forced to use the base’s advanced quantum technology and the planet’s unique resources, you must create The Alters: alternative versions of yourself. Brought to life by a supercomputer that turned your alternative life choices into reality, they are your only hope. They bring the specific expertise and capable hands you drastically lack, but they also bring their own human baggage.
A crew of ‘yourselves’ is a psychological nightmare. Every Alter arrives with distinct personalities, memories, and regrets. You aren't just managing resources. You are also a relationship manager to yourself, mediating conflicts and confronting your past choices lightyears from home.
As tensions rise, your Alters will clash over how to handle the mission. Keep them sane and keep them together, or your own egos will destroy your only chance of seeing Earth again.
Your rolling base is your lifeline, your factory, and your home. Customize and upgrade it to accommodate your growing crew. Research cutting-edge technologies, manage crucial life-support gear, and manufacture what you need to survive. Turn your base into a self-sustaining powerhouse capable of keeping both your crew fed and your systems humming.
You cannot hide inside the hull forever. To fuel your base and progress your research, you must step out onto the hostile planet's surface. Venture out into unpredictable anomalies and heavy radiation to mine essential resources.
But watch the clock, as every expedition is a high-stakes gamble against the oncoming burning sunrise.

Reviews

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

One of a kind game that I played on a whim. In no way was I expecting to get so drawn into this story and character rich survival base builder.
One of the best game i ever played. The game history is fcking fascinate, each alter "hero" has his own thoughs and even when hes happy he can do trash things, always be ready for something extraordinar. Also the oportunity to replay each day but with alternativly choosed actions will make you happy as hell "i wish to have that in reality xD". The managment is a little bit hard even on standart dificulty but this is that make the game more interedsting. I really didn't see any disandvantages in the game. Waited as hell the DLC after the anonce, and anihilated all the content in two very long sessions and i'm very very shocked by how things turn and each ending is very interesting. Thx guys for that incredible time and such incredible journey!!!!
I think one of the best games i played in the last years. Really enjoyed the whole experience.
Complicated to review. -Shortly: The overall judgment is highly positive, but with this i don't mean to say that everything is optimal. Here the optimal is the balance that has been found and the decent width the story provides. I think it is worth the price (40). I would score it a 7/8 out of 10. -More Detailed: The game tries to mix together managerial mechanics with esploration/action mechanics. It is something that also Bethesda tries to do, for example with Fallouts and Starfield. Compared to these titles, this one has a way better managerial aspect, falling a bit behind when it comes to the action part, but it isn't perceived much while playing because you are focused on the Choice-Driven direction of the story, which really matters and is impactful (much more than the Bethesda's titles). Now, on the story part, it is a bit.. pedantic? the concept behind is nice (unless you hate sci-fi) and it is put together and roped together well, however it is a bit too much on self-introspection trying to estrapolate great truths just to end up saying the opposite to conclude that.. well, no need to say all here, right? The graphic surprised me: it is ad hoc in the sense that it isn't perfect but it is used minimalistically and perfectly sew with the cinematics; the emptiness of space also justify certain absences and no mania of greatness brought them to create a giant empty world with procedural generation. It is sweet because it is made with a certain moderation (with the except of the story and the impact of the many choices). This also imply that could have been a bit more. Not everything has to be more, anyway. I think it is worth the price (40). I would score it a 7/8 out of 10. Personally i would put it above Fallout and Starfield, but if you want an action-rpg this is not for you. P.S. I saw in the "last movie" (a group activity in the game where there is a cameo of the authors) that this Studio has a *Analyst* who was wondering why people die against an anomaly when it would be easier to get there through a safer path with no enemies and kill it.. Well dude, the path to get there without enemies isn't the normal path to take: once you get down from your base you don't make U-shaped trips, you go your straight line. That leads you to the minerals area, and from there you are led to reach that anomaly through the "not-safe" path. Once there, you can die because.. you know, even if you upgraded your luminal range, it still kinda remain out of range, so you get baited to be able to damage it, but you actually can't, and there is no real feedback on whether or not you are damaging that sort of anomaly (differently from the standard ones), so.. you end up dead, specially if it was not early morning. One cannot also imagine you had drawn another path: this game doesn't have that kind of range, you usually have to go near. There are many anomalies you can't attack unless you are on the same "ground level". Whatever, it can be considered a wild element, but it shouldn't really surprise.
Softlocks and frustration is all this game seems to offer 3 hours in - "you need 30 minerals to dig up the minerals" type situations . Read the reviews: if you don't use an LLM, you will 'fail the game and have redo hours and hours of boring drilling and dialog options only to hit YET ANOTHER softlock, causing you to have to... redo hours and hours... you get the point. I had to use an LLM to even get past the few days without softlocking and I just finished the prologue - what a drag -- I have no desire to play further. The game give you a feeling of being in a sandbox but actually is entirely linear, the only options are: finish as expected, or quit and restart losing hours of progress. I absolutely don't see the appeal of this game. It's just terrible design despite being a solid year past release and multiple patches. Avoid.
