Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 23 → 0.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Port-Royal-des-Champs is quiet now. But it isn’t empty.
The stones remember. The garden does too.

You are Agnès, a young peasant trusted with a noble task. The Abbess has given you the keys to her personal garden - a place even the mysterious Solitaires living near the abbey are forbidden to enter. What was once majestic has been swallowed by weeds and years.
Take your time. Pull back the wild growth, reveal old paths, and decide what this garden becomes. As the story advances, new areas open up, inviting you deeper into a holy place that’s slowly waking again.
Sometimes restoration is just patience.
Sometimes it’s the first step into something larger.

The garden is alive with real flora, and it behaves like a real ecosystem. Plant seeds, water them, and learn what makes each species thrive. Soil type matters. Moisture matters. Even proximity to other plants matters. There’s no rigid grid here - you’re gardening in a natural, free-form space.
As the seasons turn, discover and identify plants across every stage of their growth. When the moment is right, gather flowers, leaves, and seeds for botany. Your knowledge grows alongside the garden.
Notice what flourishes.
Notice what struggles.
Then gently make it right.

This garden was never only a garden. Hidden objects lie in the overgrowth and ruins, waiting to be found. Each discovery fills out your collections and can trigger new quests and quiet conversations. The abbey holds a long history of wonders - and of things deliberately forgotten.
Among what you uncover is a book written by a deceased spy. Its meaning is dangerous, and the wrong hands are already searching for it. Work with the local community to understand what it says before the British and French royals do.
The dirt hides more than roots.
Keep digging.

Even with court drama and espionage in the background, your days remain peaceful. The Abbess Garden is cozy at heart - a small world where you garden at your own pace, completing gentle quests and tending plants until they’re happy. Progress the story whenever you feel ready, letting it unfold linearly as you restore life to the abbey grounds.
You’ll meet NPCs based on real historical figures and events. You’ll help neighbors. You’ll piece together a quiet conspiracy. And somewhere in all that softness and sunlight, you may find a lover - a romance that grows naturally, like everything else here.
A sanctuary.
A mystery.
A garden that needs you.

Just started it but really love the cozy vibe (and the fact it's a real historical place)! Early spring is a great time to try it out too :)

What a game ! I was coming without knowing what is ti but I like indi games and I wanted something different. At the beginning, very few blablabla and simples commands. A fairly simple objective and then, this music... This peace of mind... The perfect match between cool gameplay and different way of gaming. I love it.
A really nice cozy game! It’s well written, historically accurate, and very pleasant to play. The atmosphere is relaxing and enjoyable. Well done to the developers!
Ein wunderschönes, liebevoll gezeichnetes Cozy-Game! Für alle, die Planzen und Gärten lieben - und mit Hingabe und Herz gemachte Spiele.
A chill, pleasant and well-executed first game from a small new indie studio.
Chill and relaxing. Really nice to play after a bad work day.
This game consists of two parts: the game play where you take care of the garden and the story, which you read outside of the garden. I will review these two parts separately since they really feel like completely separate items. First, the gameplay in the garden is fun and relaxing. I have only played the first part of the game, but there are many interesting plants and I found it fun to take care of the different plant's needs. I did have trouble clicking on specific plants if two plants were overlapping. I also found it difficult to see some parts of the garden since you can't rotate the camera view. Other than that the gameplay worked well. Secondly, outside of the garden is a story told through text that you read when talking to different characters. I personally found the story to detract from the game since it didn't seem to have much to do with the garden itself and I felt the storytelling needed some work. It also wasn't possible to quickly skip through the text. I felt that the characters didn't have a lot of development and came across as lacking personality. This led me to having trouble following their motivation for doing different things. I also want to call out that a large part of the story is a lesbian romance. Although I have nothing against a developer making a game with a lesbian romance this was not called out anywhere on the store page before I bought the game and I almost feel that it was intentionally hidden. I will admit that I probably would not have bought the game if I had known just because I'm not personally interested in queer romances. I think it would be good if this was pointed out up front on the store page both to warn people that are not interested away from the game, but also to let people that are interested in a simple lesbian romance story know that this game might be for them.
Very short but sweet game, very linear but a nice way to spend an evening and I found the story quite enjoyable. Simple mechanics. Gardening gets a little tedious but not too bad
Nice relaxing cozy game. Great music. I love the historical context.
