I had really fun time with the demential Biden rp when me and my friends enjoying a competitive session . I forgot who I was and where am I because I was mixing the images of the presidents. Also played the campaign. Side characters were creative and the dubbings were incredibly funny. I loved the absurd humor and really had a great time with the game. So I sincerely recommend this game to everybody. I have no idea what is happening, but I know I definitely did not make the world a better place.

If you played The Political Machine and thought it needed more dark humor and internet memes, plus you actually wanted to be President after winning, then this game might be for you. ***STORY*** The year is 2040 and nobody wants to be President. Thanks to an experimental resurrection technology that was found on the streets of Baltimore, An intern named Diana has been tasked with getting a revived former President ready for showtime. The campaign runs you through running for President, one term, a midterm election, and running for a second term. The campaign has 13 different endings for you to discover. The campaign I played lasted about an hour and I created a US where money is useless due to hyperinflation but everybody is happy because they are too high to care. Your choices of Presidents are the most recent 5; Trump, Biden, Obama, Bush, Clinton. Who you pick doesn't really seem to affect anything except for roleplaying. The campaign is fully voiced too. ***GAMEPLAY*** The gameplay is divided into two sections; The Political Machine campaign trail and a Reigns-style decision and stat management. While running for President/Midterms, you move around the US and built hubs to attract one of four types of voters so the state becomes yours. You have to manage your money, total building slots, and movement points as you dance around your opponent to net 270 Electoral College points. You can purchase and use a variety of power cards such as stealing votes, teleporting your opponent to a state of your chosing, steal money, deposit your money for a return investment after so many turns, etc. You have special abilities, such as getting a free power card each turn or having your movement cost be free. Your opponent has access to power cards, money, and buildings as well, with each opponent having different abilities. There are no events like PR stunts, interviews, or debates but you do get humorous little popups such as "Jerky is banned in prisons" or "If you paid taxes in November you qualify as a single mother". Each turn does have a time limit that I don't like but it's a generous time limit and I'm sure is there for the multiplayer aspect. The Reigns-style gameplay comes into affect after you win the election. You have a selection of advisors, Diana the Intern, PACKing the Elite, a vampire named Love, General MacArthur wearing cat ears, and more. They pop up with a issue, Alpha Males are selling their goo, they miss their long lost love, they want to nuke South America and replace the population with Italians and what you select affects three different stats; Military Might, Money, and Happiness. One option might raise military might but lower happiness, etc. Your options lead to additional events and can even effect your midterms and re-election abilities. Thankfully Kisotik Games didn't bring over the most annoying part of Reigns gameplay, where you lose if you max out a stat. The two game modes compliment each other nicely and neither overstays their welcome. ***PRESENTATION*** The game goes for a scratch-y crayon look that helps set That's My President! apart from other political humor games. Thankfully they didn't use that for the characters, which helps them stand out against the blackboard visuals. The music is simple and wasn't to my liking so I played the game on mute. It wasn't until I started writing this review did I realize the game is fully voiced. The voices have that usual lower budget indie game issue where the quality is vastly different between each voice. So at times I could barely hear what was going on. Some games focus on visuals over gameplay, or writing over sound and That's My President! smartly prioritized it's gameplay and humor over visuals and sound. ***FINAL THOUGHTS*** I enjoyed That's My President! thanks to it's fun mixture of gameplay styles and multiple endings. The humor fell flat for me at times with the Squidbillies-equse, 'random' humor that you see a lot on certain sides of Youtube and the Internet as a whole. I did enjoy the events with the 'Passport Boys', a group of Anime-lovers who declared war on Anime Stores cause Japan wasn't like an Anime. The political satire is fun and where most of the dark humor comes from, with no one ideology targeted over the others. The game also has a robust collection of achievements and not the annoying 'Win the election by 1 point' kind but more the 'Get this ending' and 'Defeat this boss' kind. I did encounter a pair of bugs. One was where I couldn't select my opponent while using a power card but could the next turn and after beating Bernie Sanders (the boss of my run), I started a second run and fought him again when the game said I should be fighting Bush. I do wish that when you defeat the boss, you also unlock that boss for the campaign. The game does have a multiplayer option where up to 4 players can duke it out. It does look like all the characters are playable in the multiplayer.

That’s My President is a super fun and addictive game. It even has options to play with friends, which makes the chaos even better if you want that extra layer of fun. Overall, it’s a great time, and I’m really excited to see what the developer does next.

THIS GAME IS JUST WOW... I honestly have not played something like this in a while and I absolutely love it! The story is just FUNNY as hell and the characters and plot for the campaign had me CLAPPING! I have to say, that was truly my president. I would recommend it and I will ensure anytime someone asks what American politics are like I will show them this game!

A very light election in similar style to Democracy using a 1990s grunge art style. The single player campaign is incredibly short though it has a number of story choices you can make on the way through which seem to contribute to the hellscape board you get on the final level. My first play through, I had a tiny america left and faced Bernie Sanders. The comedy is mostly absurdist. It isn't too indulgent and you can mostly skip it if it isn't your thing. The style is incredibly cohesive, and matches the simple gameplay. Gameplay wise, you have random cards dealt to you, special abilities based on your choices and president, and you can make a building in each state to appeal to one of four demographics. However, that's it. The campaign is all one vs one president duels and, once you've worked out the main strategies, it's fairly easy to win with the primary strrategy being to jump between states and place your single building as quickly as possible. Multiplayer lacks match making and similar features. It uses a system where you generate a code and share it with your opponents. This isn't so bad, but you're going to need to find friends or check in with people on forums. It doesn't seem like the electrion simulator has really been perfected. Choices range from the over complex click grind to the cartoonish simple board game. This is definitely the latter. If you have a few friends and want a simple cheap board game to play, it can be a pick up and play distraction. However, there isn't enough obvious meat here to really warrant a long term single player experience and the match making means it will likely not be that competitive. Even if it was, the randomness in the game such as the cards keeps the experience very casual. This is a light recommend for people that want a quick board game to play with a friend or two that isn't too taxing. There are more complicated election simulators out there, but it stacks up well with its simpler competitors who also seem to lack a long term single player experience.

It was awesome, real funny and I liked how it used the concept of electoral votes to win the game.
