About
ARIA is the future. That's what they keep telling you.
Corporate Entropy is a satirical strategy simulation about surviving the slow-motion collapse of your workplace. You
have eight quarters. Your coworkers are being replaced one by one. You need to keep your performance numbers up while quietly helping the resistance bring down the AI that's eating your company from the inside.
The corporate engine doesn't care if it works. It cares that it looks like it works.
The Cover Game
Keep management happy while running parallel agendas. Every action has a cost. Every day burns Action Time Units. Skip a meeting and raise suspicion. Take one too many projects and tip your hand. Play the role until the role starts playing you.
The Resistance
Protect your people. Organize sabotage operations. Gather a dossier. Feed ARIA bad data. Each resistance member has their own specialty — lose them and lose access to everything they enable.
Six Ways to Win. Four Ways to Lose.
There is no single correct strategy. Roll back ARIA through sustained data corruption. Force an emergency shutdown. Walk the whistleblower path. Negotiate a peace. Or fail — get fired, get caught, watch your team vanish, run out the clock.
Systems That Spiral
78 dynamic events. 45 achievements. Procedurally-generated project queues. A messenger system where your coworkers gossip in real time. Project briefs disguised as corporate memos, PIPs, all-hands meetings you can't escape, and the quiet creeping dread of watching your industry become someone else's efficiency metric.
Built for Replayability
Multiple difficulty tiers. Every run diverges. Save anytime. Every strategic path has its own flavor of doom.
Corporate Entropy is the first release from Subroutine Gaming — an indie studio making small games with sharp systems. No live service. No battle pass. No engagement optimization. Just mechanics that work and ideas that matter.
The revolution will be managed from within.

Interesting game about battling the AI take over in the workplace. Basically a turn based strategy game where you fight against at your company's leadership who are trying to implement a new AI system that is set to replace all of you. Funny thing happened to me where I "won" but was sent to a remote work assignment. basically punished. It was cool because there is a hidden mini game there. all and all a fun game. definitely worth a play.
It's alright. Very buggy. There's about a 50% chance the game freezes (or at least goes ~nonresponsive) when reassigned to the Antarctic research base. The game appears badly calibrated for "you're doing too well, we can't have you win in Q1, welcome to the Antarctic, now it's Q4 and the enemy has completely undone all of your work." That kinda sucks. I have stopped assigning things to ARIA altogether because ARIA doing its own thing gets me sent on a polar cruise for like a year. In a 2 year game... yeah this sucks. Update: It doesn't help, they will STILL send you to the Antarctic even if your Suspicion is 0% and your Performance is 100% if you are winning and not doing risky things. This does not feel like good game design, at least in the risk/reward experience here. I get that the background risk should NEVER be zero, but also a lot of the stats in this game feel absolutely fake. Suspicion and Performance, definitely. Update: No autosave and a very buggy Antarctic prison that soft-lock the game. Uhh, guys, what are we doing here. This is not playable. Update: 0.1% of players have the achievement for getting to Q4. That stat does NOT feel fake. Source: me. On the plus side, I like the theme and the background song "You Play the Game" is wildly catchy. The heavy use of lyrics in the music is generally a bit strange. (Most games that use English lyrics are like... in-game radios in games like GTA or Fallout playing a LOT of expensively acquired actual music people would listen to outside of a video game. Aside from YPTG, this is more like novelty music which may be detrimental to long playthroughs).
