I wasn't really sure what the heck was going on... I didn't really enjoy it. Something about babies, pregnancy and cow butt. I know this review is a little sparse, but I really don't know what to say. It was just.. bad in my opinion. I wouldn't recommend it honestly. I guess if you want some weird stuff then sure.

I'm not going to lie; this one was disappointing. I was initially attracted by the premise because I figured it would be a more emotional type of game with some cute beats, and while that is true, this one is definitely lacking in a lot of areas. Lu's games are known for their art, and this one is no exception, as I really liked the drawn visuals (the 3-D assets are simply serviceable, and nothing else). Unfortunately, the gameplay here is truly awful. There's a weird delay in jumping that makes it impossible to jump while walking or when you're right at a platform's edge. This might sound like a small issue, but it's incredibly frustrating and caused me to die constantly. Lu's games aren't known for having the most riveting gameplay, but this one was downright frustrating to get through, unlike the usual meh nature of the gameplay in Lu's games. Beyond the gameplay, the story isn't anything special, either. It has emotional beats, sure, but I saw the twists and major plot points coming from a mile away, especially after checking out the Steam Store's preview images. So, spending ten minutes on what felt like meaningless filler at the start of the game, just to get about five minutes of a story I'd already figured out, was honestly a complete waste. My advice is to skip this one and pick up one of Lu's better games. The story simply isn't compelling enough to make trudging through the horrible gameplay worthwhile. In the end, I felt like I had wasted 20 minutes of my life and would never get that time back. (P.S. The mom is a cutie)

The story of this game is pretty cool, I'll give it that. and I have a bias to praise it a bit as last year, (2024), we used this game for our Mother's Day project on Hyper Frost Productions YouTube. a Voice acting dub for it. However... this game plays and controls like crap. most egregiously the jump has a delay. and for a 3D platformer, that is a death sentence. there's almost a quarter second delay from hitting space to jump to your character actually jumping. so trying to run and time your jumps from one platform to another makes every level a slog to get through. finally figured out if I stop holding W just before I hit space to jump, and then hit W again once I'm air born it makes the jumping a tad easier. However it was still a night mare to get through. dying constantly, not by fault of the player but by fault of the horrible controls and the jump delay. there's also no way to adjust the turn speed or sensitivity from the mouse, which really throws it off. and I don't know if this was an issue on my computer or if it was the game, but it would lag randomly at times when I was trying to do precise movements. so between the delayed jump, the laggy game movement, and the ramped up turning speed from the mouse it was difficult to get through it all. somehow I still managed to get through he game in a merciful 30 minutes. Which shows the game is also very short comparatively. but it has a very good story, with a gut wrenching ending. the one downside to the story though is shoe horning in gender crap about the baby choosing it's own gender. which is nonsense. thankfully that was the only left wing crap in the game I could tell. the cow lady was sexy though. but with how horrible the game's controls are, I can not recommend this game. just go watch the fan dub of it on the Hyper Frost Productions channel. we did voice acting for every thing in the game, except the gender part, skipped that.

Lu decides to ad platforming as the main gameplay here and it kind of sucks. Mainly it just feels like negative coyote time because It feels like I *cant* jump when I'm near the edge; just weird first person platforming issues I guess. The story is cute musing of a mom and her baby and also the baby flips off Death I think.

great game, not very long, but it really hits close to home. and well you know the plot... is good.... cow
