Sky's the limit. With all the action-packed titles out there, sometimes I find myself wanting to lay back and simply create something unique in peace. This hits that spot, and I know It'll be the game I go to on a rainy day. It has a basic yet effective controls, and a beautiful but somewhat abstract way to represent a cozy planet. I find myself adding tiny details of stones, tiny bushes, and stumps around even though they don't create a major impact. It's just fun and shows it wonderfully. After some thought, it reminds me of when I first got Minecraft. You're presented with a vast world, with nothing and everything you can do. I'm no artist, but this is my world and the sky's the limit. Similar to starting a new world, you're hit with a blank canvas. With no forced direction or guidance, you are alone with your thoughts to create truly anything. The only way to start is to start. Dig a line into the ground. "hey that looks like a river." Muddy up the bottom of it and make some trees around the sides. "ngl this is giving me rainforest vibes." Add some jungle trees and bushes around, creating a jungle-ly mess that beams with organic prosperity. Feels like its missing something. Nestles in a lil jungle village in the heart of the rainforest, Hang some cozy lantern lights and watch the sun set. Life is good. Over time, you find yourself lost in expanding and building more biomes, dabbing in tiny stones and flowers tucked away in grooves that might never be visited again. Hard to say how long its been since you began. It's getting late. "i think i'll finish this tomorrow, gn world." Wake up the next morning thrilled to hop on the world again. That burning passion is where I started my creative path back when I was younger. Sometimes its hard to look back on those days when what you were gonna build tomorrow was the only important thing in the world. But we keep going. Life'll be okay, don't worry.
It's missing the simulation of life, people, plants, etc. If it has that it'd be awesome. But in its current state it's more of a zen garden art toy. If that's what you are looking for then go for it! I was looking for something more like WorldBox.
Great game. I've been following devlogs. But why are there blue voxels in the dessert? Seems like a bug.
FANTASTIC GAME. I followed the devlogs on Frozein's youtube channel and it caught my eye since the project had its first few youtube videos blow up. So happy to see that Frozein has finally come out with it and it looks really amazing. Graphics are good, the game runs smoothly, and lots of variation of props and customization features for the world. I kinda suck at the game and my planet looks bad but I'll get better. The game definitely improved so much since the first playtest. Looking forward to more of your work in the future! 😁😁😁
very nice relaxing game, and actually decent voxel modeling software for making... planets... yeah quite obvious right lol. in my opinion the only things missing are a more user-friendly way to make custom props and a way to export planets into other voxel formats, but other than that this game is quite amazing
Style - 10/10 Performance - 8.5/10 Gameplay - 9.5/10 Community - 11/10 Developer - 11/10 Music - 11/10 literally best game ever
Its not a bad game, but i don't think this game will be updated ever again and that really sucks. Game has a wide variety of content but it would be nice to see a little bit more
Very simple game, almost too simple, but it is very relaxing. Sitting down and just building a world that's pretty or tells a story is fun, however the game could certainly use more content, such as more plant variety and maybe some living creatures. For $5, its a great purchase!
It's a fun and enjoyable little game. You can make yoyre plaent and then it become beautiful because the game; nice graphics! 10;10 would play agaemn
Great game, very relaxing. Fans of townscaper and similar games will love this! One thing, please make it so you can't press the workshop upload button multiple times. It wasn't popping the window up so I didn't know it was uploading, so I ended up sharing my planet 37 times 💀
