distruggi città con tentacoloni giganti
this game didn't need a story but it went the extra mile, truly moving
Adorable, quirky and honestly quite funny. I love the visual style, the town and various locations are like looking at one of those wonderful model train displays (except i don't get screamed at for touching it). The wee cars zooming around (then exploding after a hurl them), the way the townspeople parachute back if you launch them into space. fantastic. Runs well, simple to pick up but requires a bit of finesse. I can see how the movement of the tentacles could frustrate some people but its a "work with what you got" situation which i think keeps immersion up adds to the silliness of it all. Its all physics puzzles, nothing ground breaking but damn fun and thematically fitting. Honestly id be happy with just a larger town/island with more interactive buildings and people/props to just look at and mess with, again sofa king adorable. This perspective of being large is just so fitting for VR. Highly recommend,
Really incredible puzzle game that has a funny charming story and memorable characters whilst being fun to play and so immersive that you really somehow forget it's vr even if the concept of being a squid is ridiculously silly
A hidden VR gem. Devolver Digital has made some hilarious games in the past and it's interesting to see a weird game from them, a VR game on top of that. Playing as some sort of a lost Kraken, you befriend a small village of people and help them sort out their problems while trying to sort out who you are. They essentially teach you the basics and then let you go from there to solve each situation you're called into in a create way. Some players might find certain missions fun or frustrating, depending on how you want to play. I only ran into a few of these missions and it was mostly because I accidentally bumped something or was overthinking the solution. Most players will likely get frustrated with the magnets and how they attach permanently to literally anything they touch unless you destroy them. There's also a sandbox mode which I think is a really neat idea for more creative players. The visual presentation of this game is really well done for VR, the world is very small but keeps everything within reach without being overcrowding. Controls are simple but your ability to control is clumsy at best, on purpose. Also, those ending credits were a sharp idea.
This is pretty fun, and very well done!
This game uses VR physics to make a fun puzzle game instead of some janky tech demo, It’s addictive, you can spend hours autisming out trying to perfectly stack cars, cargo containers, etc. Thinking you finally cracked the code and everything is solid, and then boom, the whole structure collapses because the physics engine said F you I love the vibe of being a massive, friendly squid kaiju just helping out an island full of people, It's a vibe, man, a weird vibe, but a good one If you've got a VR headset, you NEED to try this. The immersion of using your tentacles to manipulate objects in 3D space is no joke, the physics engine is solid and the puzzles make you think without being complete bulls**t difficulty And because it's got workshop support, you're never gonna run out of s**t to do if this game clicks with you 8/10, would help to build more island infrastructure
