Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Reviews
Upon thinking about my favorite games of all time, I came to look at this steam page and found that it still only had slightly more than 200 reviews. So I came to write this, even though I played this over 5 years ago. This is a fantastic take on the FFT formula. Besides great, flavorful, highly-differentiated classes, the game takes the immutable terrain height of tiles FFT and gives you paths to actually manipulate heights: you can actually CREATE your own "high ground" advantages. In addition to this, you have environmental tactics similar to in Larian's Divinity Original Sin games and Baldur's Gate 3. Grass catches on fire, fire spreads to all connected patches of grass. What can you do with a unit that makes grass grow? What can you do with a unit that makes height differences more extreme and a unit that can fill a small area with water? The world is sparse at first so it feels lonely and dangerous - if you see a figure in the overworld, it's highly likely hostile. But there are little pockets of community and inhabitants that feel that much more precious when you can find them because of that, too. Excellently designed, good f*ckin game.

Tenderfoot Tactics was much better than I even expected, with very deep Final Fantasy Tactics-like combat involving a lot of environmental effects, including shifting elevation, fire, ice, and water. I had a lot of fun building moats to hide my ranged units behind. Class progression also works out a lot like FFT, and unlocking them all was my primary motivation to keep playing. It's very unique in that it has a large traversable overworld, but only fragments of maps available that you have to piece together and use triangulation to get around. It can definitely be frustrating, but also ultimately rewarding when you figure it out. Dying has little consequence other than sending you back to your last home base, so it's fun to just stumble around and see what you can find.
bore
Excellent game! Lots of content if you choose to follow the side objectives. Nice strategy game with no one meta, at least seen with my current playtime. Grab on sale for sure if you like turn based strategies.
The game bugged out for me right away, and I had to look up a walkthrough on how to end a turn in combat. The graphics are so bad, I'm not sure what I'm supposed to be seeing. Clicking on markers on the map causes the characters to try to walk to the horizon, as the click on the icon apparently aligns with some point on the horizon? Bizarre unfinished game.
I really wanted to like this game, I really do, but I can't get past the difficulty of the game (and I only played on the base set difficulty). I'd prefer to either play as the fog (being ominous and creating monsters) or have the game for free to tinker with the party, but I won't hold my breath. Your game looks lovely, but the gameplay isn't very beginner friendly in my opinion.
Played the demo/prequel years back and liked it but never got around to playing. Decided to finally buy it to support the devs. The game is still good, probably won't update this to give more detail like some people do.
