Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 4.57/day in the week to Aug 15 → 5.71/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Poland over the last 30 days: the 21 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 12 places towards #1, and the 2,501 moves with no price cut behind them went 1 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Classic RTS action meets modern production and performance in Tempest Rising. Inspired by RTS greats of the 90s and 2000s, Tempest Rising is a classic, base-building real time strategy game set in a modern day alternative history war scenario. It features 3 unique factions, each with its own approach to combat and economy and offering a variety of strategies for players of all stripes, deep and rewarding gameplay that keeps a focus on strategy while rewarding skill, and built-in customization options that allow players to approach the game their way in both single player and multiplayer game modes.
Take on the role of Commander in the highly mobile and advanced peacekeeping corps of the Global Defense Forces or the hard-hitting and desperate Tempest Dynasty in 2 11-mission campaigns that allow the player to customize their army for each mission, as both armies seek to understand and control the mysterious but beneficial Tempest vines that grow unchecked across the war-torn planet Earth. Other dangers wait in the shadows, as the origin of the Tempest is revealed...

Command 2 unique rosters of units as either the GDF (Global Defense Force) or the Tempest Dynasty (with the third playable faction, the Veti, coming in the future.)
Experience 2 epic single player campaigns with voiced mission briefings
Wage war alone or with friends in 3 game modes: versus AI opponents in Custom Game lobbies, in 1v1 and 2v2 Multiplayer Matchmaking, or solo in skirmish mode with up to 500 units per team and two unique superweapons to compliment each faction’s playstyle.

Reviews
This game reminds me of tom clancys end war from back in the day. Except its extremely good looking. Plays amazing, and has a pretty good campaign for both factions. I'm surprised it doesn't have more traction. Very good RTS and something id recommend to anyone wanting to start playing RTS especially for the price. I would like to see this game keep growing and expanding.
A worthy spiritual C&C successor. The devs are passionate about the project and do support it, albeit don't expect quick iterations. The updates are taking their time. The campaign mission design is solid. The story and the characters are weak and rather forgettable.

the story line campaign is amazing and just for that worth getting the game, how ever the skirmish AI needs serious work the Easy AI is more aggressive, hostile and ruthless than the normal difficulty AI, it also zerg rushes which defeats the point of PvE elements in a base builder while the normal AI actually plays the game fully it builds it's base makes gradual expansions and fortifies, the Easy AI just slams everything in to launching an army right at your base before you even have your 3rd research up or your 2nd harvester, if i wanted to deal with zerg rushes i would play PvP or competitive, PvE should be about being able to use the whole map, explore the various units and upgrades, the normal AI seems set for this Easy is set for zerg rush and casual just shuts down the second you defeat one of their expansion bases.
bon RTS mais pas de mission coop et workshop
Played years of RTS games going back to Command and Conquer on N64, among others. Highly would recommend this as successor to Command and conquer, in all its glory.
Fun Game.
Really fun game, but please add in the steam workshop for this game. Please support mods! I hope there will be more than 3 factions.
This game plays like C&C and Starcraft and i like it.
There's a lot to like about Tempest Rising. Lots of action, easy to learn, everything makes sense thus far.
Over 676 Hrs of game play good game for replace C&C and even Star Craft store model as RTS. This is fun game for old school RTS players like me who is looking for something not suck and good graphic.
