About
Classic RTS action meets modern production and performance in Tempest Rising. Inspired by RTS greats of the 90s and 2000s, Tempest Rising is a classic, base-building real time strategy game set in a modern day alternative history war scenario. It features 3 unique factions, each with its own approach to combat and economy and offering a variety of strategies for players of all stripes, deep and rewarding gameplay that keeps a focus on strategy while rewarding skill, and built-in customization options that allow players to approach the game their way in both single player and multiplayer game modes.
Take on the role of Commander in the highly mobile and advanced peacekeeping corps of the Global Defense Forces or the hard-hitting and desperate Tempest Dynasty in 2 11-mission campaigns that allow the player to customize their army for each mission, as both armies seek to understand and control the mysterious but beneficial Tempest vines that grow unchecked across the war-torn planet Earth. Other dangers wait in the shadows, as the origin of the Tempest is revealed...

Sucessor espiritual do Red Alert 2, vale muito a pena pra quem gostava... chega bater uma nostalgia rs
great
I have completed both GDF and The Dynasty Campaign on Hard difficulty and i must say it was a blast (at least for me). Since this is a heavily inspired C&C game i do miss the live action cutscenes, but overall it was an enjoyable game and it does capture the spirit of the C&C games which i have been looking for for a long time. There is still a little bit of a problem with the pathing on units in the game. Not massive problems, but it is still a problem that i would like them to fix. Other than that i really don't have much to say other than that i enjoyed it.
I must say that I was pretty hyped for TR and when I got it I was like - meh, polished but totally nothing innovative. But, currently I'm playing last mission for GDF (Dynasty campaign still ahead) and... TR do not disappoint at any level. It just takes all what was best from C&C and Starcraft (yes, influence is also heavy) and delivers. Veti are barely thrilling for me (sort-of Necrons style) so I suppose I don't care much about their campaign as DLC - but I would appreciate adding 3rd faction with single player free. I love this djenty doomish music. New RTS classic.
wie c und c und bessere grapfik. Zocke aber noch nicht so lange. also mehr erster Eindruck
nice game !
Did you love Command & Conquer: Tiberian Sun? Then you'll like this game. It's a love letter to classic RTS games, and as the cherry on top, they got Frank Klepacki to do the soundtrack.
Awesome
非常推荐,自cnc和红色警戒最好的rts游戏
I'm just happy something like this exists, and now it has DLC? Amazing. This game is like a cross between Command & Conquer and Starcraft. I really enjoy it.
