Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 4.57/day in the week to Aug 15 → 5.71/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 22 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,513 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Other dangers wait in the shadows, as the origin of the Tempest is revealed...

I love this game. Haven't been this great game since C&C series (C&C 4 excluded)
Command and Conquer basically. Adequate sequel without reinventing the wheel.

best spiritual cnc3 sequel I've played.
Here is my short video review for Tempest Rising: https://youtu.be/PJayd7Z97K8 TLDR: If you enjoy Command & Conquer RTS games, then you need to buy Tempest Rising. The units are fun to use, the graphics are amazing, the audio effects sound great, and the User Interface is very convenient to use (so much so that Tempest Rising has ruined other RTS games for me from a user interface perspective). The single player campaign is decent (there are 2; one for each faction). I preferred the GDF campaign more than the Dynasty's (which I found a little unbelievable with its father / son coup dynamic).
I've never played the old C&C games cuz' I didn't have access to them back in the day, didn't even know they existed, so I have no "nostalgia" for this particular flavor of RTS. I don't like RTS multiplayer unless it's CO-OP vs AI, like Starcraft 2 Commanders mode. I only played and finished the Campaigns. The Campaigns were nice, nothing groundbreaking, but looking at the state of modern RTS, I'm happy they exists in the first place. Most missions don't rush you at all, you have all the time in the world to turtle up with lots of towers and Trebuchets (Siege Tanks equivalents). The explosions and lasers look nice, seeing wave after wave of enemies dying to your artillery doesn't get old. After the base is as secure as it can get, you can amass a deathball of your favorite units (Drone Carriers in my case) and steamroll the map. While fun, I don't think I'll play through the game again like I'm doing with Warcraft 3 or Starcraft 2's Campaigns every few years. It doesn't have that special "something" for me at least. No surprising plot-twist, no iconic characters, no super units that are supposed to be OP but fun for the Campaign, or OP abilities like an Orbital Laser that can raze half the enemy base. Old Blizzard (RIP) spoiled me too much. But in the end I'm glad I experienced this game. The graphics and sounds are good, and the music is very enjoyable if you like heavy metal. I just hope the game gets a bigger and better sequel with 3rd faction Campaign and CO-OP vs AI.
It hits really hard on the rts nostalgia feeling and they bank well. In short, it is C&C3 pretending to be Red Alert 2. Feels better than RA3, that's for sure. Pros: * Unit move well, feel good * Group movement (alt+click) which makes all selection move with the slowest speed * Special units and commando missions * The campaign is turtle heaven, you can cheese through any way you want Cons: * The mission briefing cutscenes for Dynasty is okay, for GDF is barely acceptable. The charaters are well made (possible epic's meta human) but they are hand animated, not mocapped. This brings a certain stiffness and uncanniness, which conflicts with the hidef models * Units have bs special abilities for "imaginary points", I hated that in RA3, I hate it here * Grenadiers negate any infantry based build
Ścieżka dźwiękowa to osobna kategoria... obłęd! :)
真香。近几年唯一可以打的rts之一!
