Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Empire City

This is one of those games that I dreamed about as a kid in the 80s and 90s. I love this game so much. The graphics look great and you feel like you're in a comic book. The game mechanics are also super cool. I'm a Donny fan so I main with him and I have so much fun with the bo staff. The freedom in the city is also great. There's so much to do while running across the roof tops. The story is amazing and just being in the TMNT world feels like a dream. I would recommend this game to any TMNT fan (young or old).

Pretty good, enemies are too easy when playing 4 player coop. Good style, fun fighting, great optimisation. SECRET ending...

Fun game with great ninja turtle action, builds that you can make and some farming for certain things like shuriken and emp grenades that isn't overbearing or annoying. I haven't completed the game just yet but 12 hours in and this is a fun experience! I do hope that maybe we get more in terms of skins for the turtles as its pretty much just recolors at the moment but all in all its pretty solid!

+Co-op that's easy to connect +Fun combat +Good level design +Great art design +Good voice acting and some funny lines +Good music -No HUD options It would be so much more enjoyable if the name tag above players and the diamond HUD on enemies could be disabled. The game has such great visuals; I don't want to be distracted by lame HUD. There are even game trailers without the HUD, so obviously the developers and publishers are aware that the game looks better without certain HUD! Bonus: My brother likes to do helicopter d!(k with the nunchucks:D

Good simple fun!

If I could show this to 8 year old me, it would blow his mind. I'm almost finished this game and I've really enjoyed it. The gameplay is quite fun, and having the ability to try out all the different weapons and how they change how you can fight is pretty fun. Also, the jumping, dashing, and climbing mechanics are really satisfying. I found myself climbing over buildings and jumping from rooftop to rooftop and grabbing ledges a lot just for fun. The story keeps things moving pretty well (you don't have to clear the cities if you don't want to, I found that out a bit late), and the voice comms are really well done and entertaing. The only cons I can think of are that there aren't that many different types of regular enemies, and that doors are hard to open/go through. That's true in a lot of VR games, to be fair, though, but I had to come up with a system to move through doors, which is a thing I shouldn't have to. I feel like that's a pretty minor gripe, though, and overall this is a really fun time.

The game is peak fiction but some weapon collision like the kimichangas (idk the name, i'm talking abut Michelangelo's weapon).

i can feel the love for the turtles franchise in this game, thats the positive. but the (nonexisting) save system is anoying a.f. and kills the fun for me. i give a thump up because every half way decent vr game needs support these days.

Very good looking game and very fun so far!, I am excited to finish this game! I will update after playing again next time!
