A very very cool little game. I'm still playing it, and will write a full review once I've finished it. Really enjoying it so far! I got this as an upgrade because I'd played (and really enjoyed) the original Technosphere. This game is light years ahead of that original game. This is awesome! Retro-tastic :)
Haven't completed the game currently, but I already really like it, the controls are very tough to master but once you've got it down there's a lot you can do with it. Very complex for such a well-priced game, I imagined $20-25 was reasonable (I got this for free via keycode). This game is packed with gameplay, surrounding puzzles, a maze-like design and perhaps most importantly, platforming. The graphics look exactly like they're displayed in the trailer, and even on my potato (1050 TI) I can play at full graphics and still get 60 FPS. Though I feel there could be more customization options for those with weaker PCs (for example, the ball lights up like a disco ball, the option to just turn that off could be a major help, just an example). The story seems to be pretty shallow, which I don't really have a problem with. The goal is to use the Technosphere to unlock a specific machine and return a meteor to its natural orbit, otherwise will fly directly into the earth, obliterating it. You also have a time limit of 10 hours, which can only be reset by starting a brand new playthrough, so newcomers may get frustrated on that end. Even though I haven't beaten it, I don't imagine this to be a problem for most players. Overall, pretty good game! Stunning graphics, great gameplay, and there are even a few clever gameplay twists they make, which I won't spoil you on. However I do have a youtube channel with gameplay if you're interested in seeing some. I might even decide to complete the game as a series if I can get enough of you to leave comments/likes. Take care, and I'll see you next time
Technosphere is an interesting puzzle game with great physics, awesome graphics, smooth control and it even has a sci-fi story that sets you inside an asteroid hi-tech mine with lots of tracks, platforms, objects to move and even teleporters. At first I didn't think this game was going to be so deep, but if you enjoy similar mobile games where you move a ball of sorts inside a maza, let me tell you this game goes way beyond that. I didn't play the original Technosphere, but I think you can go ahead and buy this one, it's a fair price for the long journey you have ahead. The challenge is there, so you may lose a few speheres before beating the game and saving Earth. Oh, and you have just 10 hours, so no time to stop and think, this is a perfect game for puzzle enthusiasts.
A very soothing, pretty and nice game
Technosphere Reload is a resurgence of old games in a sci-fi setting. The game takes you to a simple mission, but it holds you. With a very good graphic and an enjoyable background, the player barely notices the time passing as he tries to solve puzzles and tries to guide the ball through the obstacles. Despite the simple premise, the game keeps the player attentive and if you think it will be an easy task to go ahead, prepare to be challenged and feel more and more the will to overcome. The price is affordable and from what I could see of the game is totally worth it.
Challenging interpretation of the ball rolling genre, elevated thanks to the cool sci-fi visuals and presence of an actual story. Full review: http://pixelpopnetwork.com.au/2019/06/technosphere-reload/
Please note i have only played this for 1.5 hours. I will be posting a video on my channel (www.youtube.com/c/silverlance24) Okay lets do this, i really enjoyed this game. I love the puzzle platformer in general and this is a good sci fi inspired game. You play as a big ball trying to stop an asteroid from hitting the Earth. This 3D game has tight controls and you can definitely feel the weight behind the ball as you jump and stop and slide around the space station to achieve your goal. Great lighting, great music, great feel. I would recommend to anyone who loves this sort of game.
Pretty good ball-rolling game. It could use brighter environments for better visibility, but it's also not as difficult as some reviewers mention, because there are unlimited lives now.
