Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Sep 11 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
TAU-09-XT4 is your next destination, a recent discovered stellar body floating through the galaxy. This hell hole of radiation might be full of rare minerals but to know that first it needs proper prospecting.
Try to complete your 10 day rotation without getting stranded on the planet.
READ THE MANUAL - Learn to program robots to explore remote sectors on the surface.
STUDY ORBITAL SCANS - Inspect orbital scans of your assigned sectors and create a strategy to explore them.
DEPLOY ROBOTS - Test your code on planets sectors and see if you can complete the missions objectives.
UPGRADE YOUR MACHINES - Save up credits and use them to upgrade your robots, add radiation shields and memory slots.
Each in-game day you will be assigned three different sectors with three deployments to each one. Each sector is a mini programing puzzle you have to solve. To solve them you have a code editor and a platform to test your code in a simulation, be careful simulations aren't perfect, unknown data in sector scans is treated as common tiles in the simulation.
With each completed day you will receive credits based on how well you performed. You can use the credits to upgrade the robots capabilities (last longer under radiation and process longer codes). A condition for game over is running out of credits so be careful.
To win the game you have to survive ten days (or finish exploring thirty sectors).
The game is set around an alternative 80s and build around a "retro-futuristic" interface, which is your work terminal. It is a keyboard driven interface and mouse interactivity is limited in favor of immersion.

Very heavily stylized programming-platformer game. Reminds me a bit of Duskers, but removes the focus on atmosphere and instead spends it's budget on a TIS-100 industrial software aesthetic. Having played through the first day, there's a refreshing lack of hand-holding and a good amount of A-ha moments left for the player (unless I have no idea what I'm doing, my solutions look nothing like those in the video!). Noticing lots of little touches: watch the line numbers as you write longer and longer programs, as you figure out benefits and limitations of simulation, a seeming total lack of fourth-wall breaking interface elements ('halt'??). Super thoughtful presentation, definitely my best find on Steam doing sort-by-new so far. Totally worth the $4!
at the moment ive only played the 1st day but i can definitely reccomend if you like to program little toys even if you have little to no knowledge on programming i feel you can pick it up pretty quick and its quite rewarding to see your little guy complete his job

I bought it as a programming game, but it is more of a puzzle game. What disqualifies it as a programming game is basically the absence of any memory or stack. The interface is interesting, but somewhat clunky in places. This is probably intentional, aiming to evoke the feeling of operating a system with limited console resources. Found bugs (or confusing mechanics) : - Map SX-0043P - the cell in the bottom-left corner ignores the scan (true, the goal on this map is to find a path, not to explore, but still). - Lines in the editor are numbered from 1, but the JMP N instruction jumps one line further; for example, the JMP 4 instruction jumps to line 5 in the editor. Internally, it clearly numbers the program lines from 0. - In my opinion, a completely critical bug: the JMP REG instruction (register A, G, ...) does not work at all. At least in my case, it always jumps to the beginning of the program.
