You remove tattoos for a living. Every client comes with a tattoo they no longer want: symbols of once-eternal love, mistakes that refused to stay in the past, jokes that didn’t age gracefully, and secrets asking to disappear. Make the past less permanent.

About
In Tattoo Removal Simulator, you work as a tattoo removal specialist in a small studio tucked inside a restless city. Outside, life moves fast. Inside, everything slows down.
Your clients all come for the same reason: they want something gone. Behind every piece of ink is a fragment of a life once lived differently - love, mistakes, joy, drama, and everything in between.
Your role is to erase what no longer belongs.
Tattoo removal is a slow, deliberate process. You work line by line, layer by layer, watching ink fade and skin reappear.
Precision matters. So does patience. Push too hard, and you cause unnecessary pain. Lose control, and clients lose trust - and you lose earnings.
There is no rush here. Only focus, steady hands, and the quiet satisfaction of making something permanent… less so.
Career Mode: Build and run your own tattoo removal studio. Your income depends on the quality of your work. Careless handling causes pain, leads to mistakes, and results in unhappy clients - and penalties.
Reinvest your earnings to upgrade the studio and expand your tools. Progress from basic laser equipment to advanced - and increasingly unconventional - technology, including experimental plasma lasers. Grow your business by earning trust, not by rushing the job.
Casual Mode: Step into a relaxed, low-pressure experience. Take on random clients and enjoy the satisfying process of erasing tattoos without worrying about mistakes, penalties, or deadlines. Just focus on the work, the sound of the laser, and the quiet transformation of skin.
Story Mode: Witness stories that could fill a movie. Each client brings more than a tattoo - they bring a life.
Every session is unpredictable, immersive, and unforgettable. Experience tales of love, loss, humor, and human complexity - all in the chair across from you. Every tattoo erased reveals a story worth remembering.
Step into your studio like never before. With full VR support, every tattoo, every laser pulse, and every subtle movement of your client feels tangible. It’s the same calm, deliberate process, only now you’re truly in the chair with them.

Is a very simple and straightforward indie game, but it does exactly what it promises. I've spent about four hours in it, and it's a decent time-killer if you just want to turn off your brain and click a mouse. The gameplay loop is basic: you take a client, trace the tattoo with a laser, try not to burn them (I got the "Oops!" achievement pretty fast), and get paid. It is nice to see your balance grow for the "Pocket Change" achievement or getting 5 stars for "Star Treatment", though. Don't expect deep mechanics, complex management, or high-end graphics; it's a small, budget-friendly title that plays exactly like it looks. It definitely gets repetitive after a few hours, but there is still some mild satisfaction in erasing a bad tattoo cleanly to get the "Laser Precision" achievement without using hints. If you grab it on a discount and just need an uncomplicated background game while listening to a podcast or watching YouTube, it's alright, just don't expect a masterpiece or endless replayability.
saw an ad on reddit some while ago and decided to check this game out, I'm a diehard powerwashsimulator fan and this game looked pretty promising at first. game is pretty ok but there is no need in playing for more than a few hours: - the gameplay mechanics are more bothering than fun, especially the pain-level-meter is a stupid gimmick. whats the point of maxing out your lasers when your clients just end up crying all over again anyway? it feels more like a hassle than a relaxing experience when having to focus on the pain-meter more than anything else. - theres plenty of visual glitches when it comes to removing tattoos, especially on head-tattoos there are parts that are just non-removable even when marked; doesn't hinder you from progressing but still bothers me lol - you move REALLY slow when zoomed in; like R E A L L Y slow so instead of having a fun time you find yourself spamming tab and q to the point it feels like playing a damn MOBA (being able to "float" over the clients would be pretty nice ngl) - you get to remove the same tattoos over and over again until you purchase different studios, the second one offers you a few new clients but that's basically it, once you're done with your current clients in the second studio all you can do is go over the clients from the first studio over and over again until the second studio offers you new clients and the grind repeats over and over again - WHAT'S THE POINT OF PURCHASING NEW STUDIOS WHEN THEY CAN BE ON COOLDOWN??????? - last studio is set at 60k and i cba to waste even more time finishing clients off for 250-1000$ (with maxed out upgrades, mind you) in the first studio just to grind out the third studio to get new tattoos unloocked - VR mode seems to work (tested on quest 2) so there's that I guess overall ok-ish but wouldn't recommend at full price, given that you can get either PWS1 or 2 for the same price
A calm and vibey game. You can relax after a working day I got it
Fun simulator game with casual and career options! Nice to get lost in and focus on each client. As it's new, there is some repetition with the tattoos/clients, but I expect future updates will add more variation and I'm here for it. Really enjoying the gameplay so far!
Perfect game to chill and turn off your brain after a long day. It is a good basic simulator, but I really look forward to seeing more content in future updates. Definitely worth a try if you need a calm experience.
Very cool and chill game, good music, satisfaction simulator to remove tattoos. Would recommend, maybe needs more stories
Interesting game when you just want to relax and spend some time without too much pressure. Easy to get into and enjoyable for casual play. It also feels like people from different creative and professional backgrounds, not only the gaming industry, have contributed to it, which gives it a slightly different character. It feels like a good start to a game with plenty of room for future improvements and new ideas. Looking forward to seeing how it develops.
Ok I'm gonna be brutally honest, I hate doing reviews and i'm a content creator. This game had potential in the demo, great story to end on... Now that i have the full game I have played lots to see where it'll go and yea NOWHERE. maybe 2 talkers for an actual story so far. WAY too many clients at the 1st studio even after unlocking ALL studios. I will agree with everyone else saying the tattoos are AI Generated and are way too REPETITIVE. Voice Lines are a joke, I finally turned everything off to just grind with my own music to feel a bit better at speed running this now. Do I recommend this ? Sort of? It's nice if you just want to chill out but not streamable. its too slow to stream and gets boring quick for viewers. but if you want cosy ish go for it. Price wise its ok but should be more like 10 CAD. Maybe it'll get better who knows, depends if the Devs actually read these.
goin to give up on uni and become a tattoo removal professional. not usually a fan of simulators but this game is fun and cozy. didnt have any crashes during the game process, there are a few things to work on tho. good luck with adding new stories and features!! there is definitely potential here
Great game, very relaxing and has interesting stories
