Tamer: King of Dinosaurs

Early access (Block 1) first impressions: - The story hook is interesting and piques your curiosity to keep exploring and wanting to learn more of this world and its people. - Dialogue is good and the VAs performance is very high quality. (One small note on that, I noticed that when voice lines with high emotions and high intensity are delivered, there is a very noticeable drop of volume, most likely from the VAs backing out of the microphone so they would not scream too close to it, I think on some scenes they may have backed out a bit too much. Either that or the lines were muffled a bit too much in sound engineering). - QTEs and dino racing are fun, could use some polish, right now they are too engine generic. - Would love to see more depth in hunting/foraging/crafting/building, right now there's not much to do. - Would love to see more squad management mechanics, something deeper than Sheela hunts, Galmine farms, Trel builds and that's it. - Combat is currently the weakest link, needs a lot of work. - NSFW animations are top tier Overall, it was fun experience which is what a game is supposed to do. Will be looking forward to more updates, good job by the devs and I can see a lot of potential from this one.

Really enjoyed this there is a wealth of isekai harem stories in the wild and this is one of the first i know of that actually puts that into a game where you can actually play and move around not just a slideshow story. Because this is a know series the audio book voice actors for the characters are used and it is excellent jessica threet and christopher boucher are great at their jobs and the characters are wonderfuly acted. I played solely on steam deck struggled to get the settings just right but it was graphically playable after a while. Ended up plugging a mouse and controller into the dock to get it operating correctly otherwise i was constantly switching back and forward between setups. Would love to see a steamdeck optmisation setup if possible. Hope this games continues to develop as it is probably the most interesting adult game on the store

Amazing game in story and gameplay with harem and romance... Missing stuff to make gift to woman in the castle, but the Dev's working on it and take us inform to there progress. And yes, I've bought the game and next the deluxe edition to help them, because they work a lot and the game is worthy to pay a little more, BC he's rich in content and it's a shame for me to not give a little more to the Dev's and encourage them that way. O jogo é muito bom mas ainda sendo pré-histórico a unica parte que incomodo foi a tradução PT-BR como na cena da primeira aparição da Kacerie uma ou duas frases do texto estão em inglês e uma cena que não tem tradução sé quer legenda ou outra que o taiming está um pouquinho atrazado tirando isso o jogo e 10/10. I have to say I am very excited for the future of this game. Yes, right now it's early access, and has several issues which can be improved. But, the VA cast performance, the writing and the story animations make this the best adult sandbox adventure game I've played. I really, really love the three main characters and the contrast of their personalities, as I genuinely am enjoying their character development. I'm a little under four hours of gameplay, on day 6, and stopped for a break and to write something positive about it. I cannot overstate how incredible the character VA are. I also love their general look, the outfits and the dinosaurs. The main character Victor is also growing throughout, which is great. I mean, storywise this definitely comes packed. As I wrote above, there are a few hitches, I'm sure that if enough people believe in this game, the devs will no doubt be able to dedicate more time to address them, and to bring more story content, new characters, maybe new locations, new dinos... Yes, I like this game. It is not possible to play Tamer entirely on gamepad. I have a XBOX controller and several combat keys don't have their corresponding combination on gamepad, which makes combat a bit more awkward. I get by with just the light and heavy attack. Sections in which you need to point and attack with a target on incoming dinos also doesn't work with gamepad, I had to resort to trackpad for that. Maybe an auto lock-on feature would help with gamepad users. I gave Victor the tank top, but in story sequences he reverts to the uniform while keeping the tank top textures. Combat movement looks a bit awkward. The daily objectives could be displayed a bit more clearly, it has happened to me to miss some simple gathering goals after doing the main task and the sidequest. These are in my opinion, small albeight important details to improve on, but in a game which already feels very polished, with good graphics (I would argue AA), with great music, with great dinosaur meshes and animations and compelling, entertaining and addictive story and worldbuilding.

This game is peak cinema and is what great writing looks like. This exceeded my expectations of a gooner game. Not even done yet but like I'm more compelled by the story then the gooning lmfao This would make for a great show.

melee combat sucks although there's a weird methodology. and i mean it has dodges, blocks and lockons, so it's almost a souls-like? anyhow that's not what i played it for. story is a pretty good and laughably-bizarre porn plot, and my roommates and i got pretty invested. cutscenes are sometimes 13 minutes long(!!!) but it kinda works for this game cause the voice acting is pretty solid. main character sounds like aaron paul sometimes. it goes on for so long that you kinda get used to it. and i loved when (light late-game block 1 spoilers)[spoiler]kacerie (pink hair woman) joins the plot,[/spoiler] it feels like the writers intended to once again confront the audience with how ridiculous the whole setting is, since you get so weirdly invested in it that you kinda forget how stupid it is lol. also game has next-level goon-tech. performance could be better, but so could my pc. 10/10 i have to see what happens in block 2 when it's planned to launch in december
