Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

I was ready for this to be a rough play, but god this was the most a game has hooked me in ages. The space station is just so much fun to explore. Sure the design sensibilities are pretty old school. You'll get ambushed and killed by enemies a tonne and so will need to lean on the quicksave button a bit, but if you've played these legacy shooters before that'll be second nature to you. It's such a rarity and a treat for a game that harks back so far to still be worth playing in the modern age.
this game perfectly satisfies my particular flavor of tism 10/10 will not play again

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 15: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
Write down the numbers that appear on the screens near the CPUs after you destroy them

Use melee with berserk on the bosses, your sanity will thank you
I like it a lot and recommend it, for me, the only downside is the very small inventory space and potential bracktracking if you forget/drop something and need it later
System Shock Remake is one of the most conflicted gaming experiences I have ever had. I genuinely loved and hated it at the same time. The Good: * Atmosphere & Immersion: Easily one of the most engrossing, eerie sci-fi atmospheres I've ever experienced. * Story: The story grabbed me from the start. It was creepy and mysterious in the best possible way. * Visuals & Gunplay: The retro-modern aesthetic is gorgeous, and the gunplay feels incredibly satisfying from the beginning of the game and even better once you master it. * Rewarding Puzzles: After realizing the actual goal of the puzzles with some Google help, solving the electrical junction boxes on my own was deeply satisfying, in a way I'd never experienced before, since I usually dislike puzzles. The Bad: * Old Design: The game gives you zero navigation aids. No journal, no objective tracker, and cryptic audio logs that leave you wandering in circles. I had to look things up several times, especially in the early to mid-game. I'm not asking for 100 quest markers like Skyrim, but having a minimalistic journal just to remind you what you're doing and what your immediate next step is would've been a good idea, especially when the game is just incredibly cryptic in itself. * Brutal Early-to-Mid Game: The default difficulty leans far closer to "Hard" than "Balanced." The combination of punishing resource scarcity and respawning enemies made backtracking a tedious chore. I just found the combat to be more of a hindrance than something I enjoyed. Enemies simply deal way too much damage on the default setting, in my opinion. Obviously the encounters add to the tension, but it's cheap tension for me. * The Final Cyberspace Level: Completely out of place, clunky, and an underwhelming conclusion to an otherwise tense survival experience. This is a 1994 hardcore simulation wrapped in a stunning 2023 coat of paint. It tested my patience, spatial awareness, and resource management to the absolute limit. I respect it immensely for what it meant for the Immersive Sim genre, but its archaic friction keeps it just short of being up there with the likes of other Immersive Sims I *fully* enjoyed, like Prey (2017). That said, if you're a fan of the genre, I recommend this game. Just make sure you go in expecting immersion, fun, but also tediousness and frustration.

🔸 PUNTUACIÓN FINAL: 5/10 📝 REVIEW IN ENGLISH 🔶 A remake of a visionary sci-fi immersive sim that dazzles visually, but whose archaic mechanics and complete lack of guidance can exhaust a modern player's patience. This is a game that if you had the chance to play it the first time around, you're going to fall in love with it—keep in mind it came out around the same time as Doom, but this one offered a thousand possibilities and things to do. Now, all of that falls flat if, like me back then, you couldn't play it because you either didn't have a PC or it wasn't strong enough to run it. Coming back to it now with this facelift feels very outdated in certain aspects, added to the fact that the game explains nothing to you and you end up doing things almost by chance or because you get tired and end up shooting everything until suddenly something works and you move on. That's why I left the game halfway through and got tired of it. My score might feel unfair because for a fan who played it back then it would be an 8, but in my case it's not. Beyond its labyrinthine level design, the environmental work deserves credit—Citadel Station looks great in its retro-futuristic style, and SHODAN's presence remains absolutely flawless and intimidating. ✅ Pros: • Excellent graphical overhaul that honors the original retro-futuristic aesthetic by combining modern lighting with pixel-art textures. • SHODAN remains one of the most iconic and chilling antagonist artificial intelligences in gaming history. • Immense historical value, showcasing the blueprint that paved the way for titles like BioShock and Deus Ex. ❌ Cons: • Arduous and outdated progression design: complete lack of map markers or direction leads to blind backtracking and brute-force puzzle solving. • Pacing can feel exhausting and dense, easily causing player fatigue before reaching the end. 🎯 Conclusion: The System Shock remake is a faithful and loving reconstruction of a landmark title, but that exact fidelity works against it for those lacking nineties nostalgia. While its audiovisual restoration and atmosphere are exceptionally executed, its unyielding structure and lack of modern onboarding can prove far too frustrating for a contemporary player. 🔸 FINAL SCORE: 5/10
Abosulte blast of a game! Terrabytes of love went into this remake! Some pacing issues but honestly would highly reccomend!
